This Hostel was a good option that was less expensive than many other places in Madrid. We had a double room which was sufficiently large. It has a nice little balcony. Everything was clean and they cleaned the room everyday. There was a kitchen where you could get water, hot water, dishware, and store food etc. The location is very good. We walked to all the sites from the hotel.

This is a five star hostel. It’s in a prime location, near puerta del Sol, churrería 1902 is just around the corner and El Corte inglés too. The beds are comfortables and the rooms have a pleasant temperature. The best part is that they offer a safe for free and it made my stay much better as I was able to leave my passport and electronics in it. You need to bring your own padlock or pay €8 in the reception to close the locker you’re assigned. The only downside is that the beds don’t have a curtain and one of the guests snored all night so I couldn’t sleep that night.

Among all TOC locations in Spain I’ve been to, this is the dirtiest one, staff only change bed sheets but the bag next to my pillow wasn’t cleaned at all, there are personal trash such as used contacts and Q tip nasty af, only the day shift staffs were friendly, night shift staff are meh.. If you choose TOC because of the brand, might have to reconsider. PS the shower in shared room don’t lock, and the tinting of the glass aren’t perfect.

The hostel is located in central area with reasonable price. It’s clean and has basically everything we need for a hotel but lower price. Would be good if a kettle can be provided in a private room. Other than that, we are ok with everything. Breakfast is good too.

A very nice hostel. It's in the city center and very convenient for traveling. The staff at the front desks are super nice. All the facilities and equipments works properly.
