Waterbar Restaurant

I forgot how awesome the Waterbar restaurant is. After two dinners and one lunch there, I highly recommend this restaurant. The food, service, and atmosphere were all outstanding. Our server, Heidi, happened to be from my hometown, Wheeling, WV. She was a fun person!!! Management constantly checked in to see if we were happy. The sea bass, halibut, oysters were all very fresh. I highly recommend the Waterbar restaurant for fine dining.

Not only the view outside the restaurant, but the interior of the store is also breathtaking. Entering the restaurant, you will see many columnar transparent water tanks with different varieties of fish and other marine life swimming around. The menu offered by the aquarium's general restaurant is different every day and will be determined according to the different varieties of seafood caught freshly every day. Like Hog Island, the oysters here are also very famous, and in addition, their scallops (seared sea scallops) are delicious.
