《4000公里一个月环游云南》进入云南的第一顿正餐，听说昭通是知名天麻产区，那就来试试这特色鸡汤锅吧。店面位置好像不在市中心，但是也就三五公里的距离，自驾或者打车都还挺方便。店里小姑娘挺热情的，看我们是外地的，耐心介绍菜品，还提醒我们少点一些别吃不了。菜量确实不小，四个人点了个双人套餐，外加三个涮菜都没吃完。小份鸡汤感觉已经挺大了，估计是半只鸡，但是四个人也够分了。|正宗昭通天麻火腿鸡^其实一开始没报太大期望值，觉得可能就多点草药味吧，但是服务员给每个人碗里加了一勺|三七粉^，再盛上一碗滚烫的鸡汤，搅匀一口喝下，还真是有惊喜。感觉开始涮菜之前得连喝两碗才过瘾。锅底里有很多种药材，天麻白色有点透明的大片，还是很好辨认的，甜甜糯糯的，还能温补，一定要吃掉哦。之后涮火锅的过程就没什么新鲜了，蔬菜和菌菇都很配鸡汤。只是提醒大家尽量不要点成品荤菜，比如|虾丸^和|午餐肉^一类的，估计就是进的冷冻成品，实在质量不好，颜色红的莫名其妙，一口下去全是淀粉，基本上全都没吃浪费了。再就是|薄荷^慎点，因为一入锅整个汤底都成薄荷味了，有点破坏鸡汤鲜味。|黄金大饼^倒是很推荐，一定要趁热吃，外面酥酥的，红豆馅淡淡甜味，口感不错。最后给外地食客特别是北方人一个提醒，小料碟里标配鱼腥草，吃不惯一定要跟店员提前说，不要像我们那样一根根费劲挑出来😂鱼腥草这个东西吧，爱吃的人是真爱吃，但是很多人估计一口都咽不下去，这个腥臭味真的绝了😂
