东京品川区大森海岸附近的怀石料理「まき村」餐厅,以前从店前路过好多次，漂浮着摩登感觉的外观白墙和白色吧台，都让这家店感觉更高级。 有天看到主厨板前先生在店前干净利落的进行打扫，就觉得这家店的料理一定很好吃，想着有机会一定要去一次。 接着去网上查了一下，居然是米其林三星店。感觉自己挺有眼光的，只是预约很难，在坚持的过程中，得到了别人取消预约的板前位，太幸运了~ 当天去的时候比预约的时间去得早，女主人温柔的把我们迎进了店。板前先生和其他店员也来问候了我们，腰弯得低，给人的感觉非常的好。 所以点餐的时候，也很信任的完全交接店家安排。 饭前酒 白兰地为底味的自制梅酒，很醇厚的口感。 开胃 [柿子鳟鱼浇芝麻奶油]碗非常的好看，眼福啊！柿子咀嚼起来的感觉很好。芝麻奶油的中芝麻的味道控制的很合适。撒在上面的鳟鱼的香气是这道料理的加分点。 前菜   [贝类年糕油炸 祖父江银杏]贝类的厚肉风味和甜味都很足，中心半熟的部分还把多余的水分去掉了，感觉非常的好吃。祖父江的名产银杏颗粒大味道好，果然没有让人失望。 茶碗 [凤尾虾肉]软软的凤尾虾的肉太喜欢了。肉汁很足，吃出了凤尾虾的美味。 生鱼片1 [河豚生鱼片]丰后水道的天然河豚的薄片，不愧是天然河豚，味道很浓厚，厨师的刀工也非常的好。 沾点橙汁酱油，感觉更好吃。 生鱼片2 [大间本金枪鱼]金枪鱼的厚肉微微带着水分，但是这个价格来说已经非常的美味了。附带的海苔也非常的好吃。不过生鱼片和山药的搭配可能还是第一次体验。 烧烤 [鰤的烧烤]从料理的流程的流程看，这到料理中鰤的选择也经过了思考，鱼脂不多但是鰤的风味足。配料也很优质，很好的引导出了鰤的精华。盖在下面的萝卜也煮的很好。 强肴 [津居山松叶蟹]不愧是重磅菜，配合蟹味增果冻和生姜醋一起吃的。松叶蟹是很好吃，但是咸味总体感觉有点弱，没有最大程度的引导出蟹的甜味和精华。 然后和蟹味增果冻配合了一下，感觉这才是正确的吃法完美~ 煮物 [枪贼 芋头碎]枪贼很美味，柔软的口感印象很深刻，还带点点甜味。全体感觉味道浓郁，在蟹之后对这到料理完全没有抵抗力。 饭食 [淡路天然鲷鱼饭 腌菜]米饭是南鱼沼的限定产品，米饭的煮方也很得当，甜味不强但是一粒一粒的非常清爽。鲷鱼配合汤汁更能吃出它的美味，作为「まき村」的招牌，也是最后一道菜感觉很豪华很满足！ 甜点 [南瓜布丁 法式甜点]天然风味的南瓜布丁很美味，法式甜点也非常的好吃！ 「まき村」是将豪华的食材用简单的方法，将它们的风味和精华发挥出来。让吃到料理的人都能明明白白的感到美味，不多不少的绝妙感。 用16000日元能吃到满是豪华食材的料理，真是太满足了~ 除了料理好吃，服务也很好，女主人会很温柔的对待每一个客人。这样想来，「まき村」这么有人气可是理所当然的吧。
