The Silver Tour Restaurant was founded in 1582. It is a favorite of many European emperors and modern presidents and celebrities. The seats near the window with a view of Notre Dame de Paris need to be booked three weeks in advance. The signature dish is the young duck from the Loire Valley. It is one of the oldest restaurants in Michelin. Each blood duck has a unique number that belongs to itself and the person who eats it. The most amazing thing is that the restaurant&#39;s wine cellar has as many as 400,000 bottles of wine. I was shocked when the sommelier took out the wine list. It felt like a super huge dictionary. The service was simply amazing. A part fell off the new bag of my female companion. We were halfway through the meal. The waiter actually found it based on the appearance of the part and helped to install it. Such meticulous observation is simply amazing.

We had a wonderful dinner.  We went with the Chef&rsquo;s surprise menu of two entrees, a plat, and a dessert for 80 euro (also came with an amuse bouche and post-dessert treat).  Everything was fresh and delicious. The dining room was cozy and stylish with small subtle touches of eclectic decor.  The chairs were extremely comfortable.  Service was excellent.  This was a real find, even for Paris.  Thank you Le Forchette!

It is said that the best ice cream in Paris, St. Louis, Berthillon, tastes a little lighter than the Italian little angel, the price is almost the same, two balls 4.50 euro.

I was shocked when the waiter took out the wine list. Super huge dictionary feeling. The service is simply amazing. The new bag bought by the female companion lost a part. We ate halfway. Actually the waiter looked like the part. Find it. And help install it. This is such a nuanced observation. It&#39;s shocking

When you come to France, everyone jumped at the French dinner, but finally lost to their Chinese taste buds and stomach. This time I chose Michelin recommendation au bourguignon du marais to entertain friends from Beijing. The headway has 🐌 main course and 🍷 roast 🐂, with good wine, which not only satisfy the French feelings of the Chinese, but also save the face of the French feast. Marais perfectly interprets the French Bobo petty bourgeoisie!

We had a wonderful evening, the food was amazing, the service was friendly and we had some great wine, all for a reasonable price. A very authentic and fun experience.

As tourist, this place is an advisable option to taste the french cuisine. It is affordable; however, that depends on your budget. I used an offer, which is nice from them, so  it was  affordable for me.
