春节到大理丽江旅游过年，今天晚上在鹤庆住宿，安顿好后一家子出来寻找当地特色美食，看见&ldquo;同兴德牛肉&rdquo;门面时，觉得不起眼，但看到店里&ldquo;奋斗吧青春&rdquo;和&ldquo;紫气东来&rdquo;的壁画，觉得很有文化气息，牛肉应该也鲜美吧，进去一看，果然有特点，白族民居风格的装潢，白族铜匠做的铜锅子，服务员穿的都是民族装，我们点了一个鸳鸯大锅，一份马帮酥肉和一壶同兴德酒，几盘素菜，价格公道，味道超好，建议路过的游人，可以来吃一吃，感受一下鹤庆饮食文化。

。。。。。春节的时候去鹤庆旅行，回旅店的途中见到同兴德牛肉火锅店，门面虽然不大，但招牌很特点，从外面望进去，见到紫气东来四个字，再进入店里，停车的地方很宽大，是间园林式的歺馆。店里摆满各种铜器，造型各异，看得出老板是个好有品味的人。。。。。。。。。我们二人点了一个细锅，要了牛肉和牛筋，清汤锅底。上菜的时候肉是已经卤熟的了，看份量足有1斤。汤底很清甜，因我们是广州人，口味清淡，就没有让店家将牛肉放入锅里煮，而是喜欢吃多少就放多少。牛肉和牛筋煮一下就好了，软硬适中，有很浓的牛肉味，牛肉还是带皮的，很美味。蘸料可以自己选，小米椒够辣。另点了白萝卜，和小青菜，比在大城市的青菜好吃多了。价钱经济实惠。歺馆免费赠送葵瓜子和纸巾。值得一提的是，服务生态度热心，不断地问还有什么需要，让人倍感亲切。歺馆的招牌菜还有酱牛肉和马帮肉，可惜我们胃口少，吃不下了。下次有机会一定要尝尝一下。。。。。。。。。饭后跟老板聊聊，得知他是当地人，以前在央企从事工程工作的，现在藉着鹤庆搞大学生创业活动，就回家乡发展了。闲谈中看得出老板是在尽全力将家乡的文明，美味，美景推广出去。老板娘还向我们推荐草海湿地景区，第二天我们去游玩了，真是人间仙景，不枉此行。。。。。。。。。祝同兴德火锅店生意兴隆，越做越旺。
