It was my first time to visit Xixi Sheraton. Today was also the Chinese Valentine's Day. I had a pleasant night with my friends. In the evening, we went to the Chinese restaurant Caiyuexuan for dinner. Linda received us very warmly and introduced us to the restaurant's special food. The service was very timely, the food was very delicious, and the environment was also very good. I will come here with my friends next time if I have the chance. Thank you Linda and her team!

Overall, this is a very good restaurant on the third floor of the Xixi Sheraton Hotel. It is quite popular. We didn't make a reservation in advance and had to wait for half an hour. The layout of the restaurant is a bit strange, but the service is good. The dishes are also good. "Fish with bamboo shoots and vinegar" is very fresh and delicate. "Old pigeon stewed with grass flowers and pine mushrooms" is a little less. "Meat floss biscuits" are still good. "Matsutake fish maw" tastes good, but it's too hard. "Eel shreds fried with willow branches" tastes good.

It is a blessing to enjoy authentic Hangzhou delicacies in such a poetic and picturesque Jiangnan. ♥️The dishes in Caiyuexuan are very delicious, wine-brewed Kung Pao shrimp balls, Caiyuexuan abalone braised pork, black garlic braised wild river eel, Jiuxian steamed three-door cake crab, lotus pond steamed bamboo shoot shell fish, crispy fried eggplant balls, Hangzhou new-style fairy chicken, tea tree mushroom fried sand eel, dried bamboo shoots and loofah boiled small fresh... Each dish is carefully selected with seasonal ingredients, and the cooking method of Hangzhou cuisine maintains the freshness and authentic taste of the dishes!

The Chinese restaurant in Sheraton, the service does not need to be said, has always been good, because it rained that day, and it was a weekend, there were many guests who came here to eat, but the speed of serving was very fast. It is a combination of various cuisines, Jiangsu and Zhejiang dishes are also good, Dongpo meat is not greasy at all.
