蜜月之旅自助去了德国，班贝格是其中一站，因为是淡季冬天去的，并没有像其他人一样遇到排队爆满的情况。去这家餐厅很有缘分，出发前我看了张海迪的一本书，名叫《我的德国笔记》，她就生活在班贝格，书里面推荐了一家老店，没有具体说名字，只说这家餐厅的Rauchbier很出名。再来路上遇到一个很热心的叔叔给我们指路，他也给我们推荐了这家店，可能提到了名字，但不懂德文没有记住。所以走在这条街上，我们一直在犹豫，到底是哪家店，后来走进这家店，和一个爱尔兰大叔聊天，确定了张海迪提到的，以及热情大叔推荐的，就是这家店。。。。。。。德国的啤酒有名，而班贝格的Rauchbier（烟熏啤酒）也是独一无二的，很特别的味道，竟然忘记照相了。杯垫很有特点，可以带走哦。我们两个人点了猪肘套餐和香肠套餐，邻桌都用很异样的眼光看着我们，之后才知道大概是他们觉得我们胃口太大，这两样确实分量好多，难怪人家会认为我们吃不完，尽管很撑，基本上还是吃完了，味道还行吧，猪手表面脆皮，德国香肠也没得说，用料实在。不过身为四川人，出门在外很难觉得有味道多么惊艳的食品，再入味也比不上一顿火锅，冒菜，串串香，嘿嘿。

啤酒的妙处我还没有真正体会到，只是跟随各种网友攻略尝了下鲜。有英文菜单，可是可能很多国内朋友点菜仍然有困难，可以直接跟服务员问会更合适。也有德国的各种肘子和肉饼，只是为了换换口味，我点了香肠沙拉和一个zwiebel，。就是洋葱掏空中间塞上肉馅的吃法，感觉口味一般吧，算是体会下老店特色，但是，价钱实在便宜，基本人均100以下。
