Taipei National Palace Museum is a place worth spending a day. Be sure to go early, as it will be crowded soon. I saw two of the three treasures of the museum, and the meat-shaped stone was on a business trip. I was quite satisfied.

Clearwater cliff is a cliff facing the Pacific Ocean in Hualien City. The clear water cliff looks magnificent and extremely steep, and the Pacific Ocean is beautiful under the cliff. It is recommended to look at this wonder at the observation deck and the Suhua Highway not far away, which is spectacular.

Whale watching is available in Yilan, Hualien, and Taitung. There are three whale watching companies in Hualien, Pacific, Whale World, and Doloman. Whale World is more commercial, while Doloman is a bit academic in nature and cooperates with the Kuroshio Ocean Cultural Foundation. There are many flights in summer, and there are actually flights in the non-peak seasons of autumn and winter. Hualien is famous for whale watching because the seabed terrain off the coast of Hualien and Taitung drops sharply, and there are relatively deep seas. The Kuroshio current passes through the eastern waters of Taiwan, and there are abundant fish in the Kuroshio, which also attracts many whales and dolphins to appear for food. The Hualien-Taitung waters are the place where the most whales and dolphins are found in Taiwan. The most common ones are sperm whales, false killer whales, patterned dolphins, and spinner dolphins. From April to October every year, it is the courtship period for dolphins. During this period, they will jump out of the sea in large numbers to perform to find a good mate. Dolphins usually appear in groups. If you are lucky, you will see dozens or hundreds of dolphins jumping on the sea surface, or even riding the waves on the bow of the ship. Once dolphins are found, whale watching ships will slowly approach them. Wild dolphins are easier to see, generally with a 95% chance, but large whales are purely a matter of luck. I have been there twice, and was lucky enough to see whales the second time, but I saw a lot of wild spinner dolphins both times.

Visit the reopened water curtain hole, highly recommended this close, gentle ramp attraction. One-way 2.1 kilometers, the front 0.95 kilometers have a friendly trail with cement paved, which is convenient for wheelchair implementation. Although the 0.95 kilometers are not friendly trails, it is also gentle and easy to walk. There are 8 tunnels in the whole trip. If there are better lighting equipment, the back section to the water curtain hole and to the Baiyang Waterfall are short fork roads, not far from the gathering. You can swim together. The water curtain hole is clear and cool, it is a good place to cool off the heat. The hole is all black and will be soaked. There must be simple lighting equipment (if you are not afraid of splashing water on the phone, the brightness of the phone is enough) and waterproof clothes. The water curtain hole itself is not big, but it is a very interesting experience. The momentum of the Populus waterfall and the boulders scattered in the stream are also very spectacular, it is highly recommended for the whole family to travel together.

Qixingxuan Scenic Area is located in Hualien City, with a long coastline. It is a good place to pick up rocks by the waves. It is generally visited with Tailuge Park and Qingshui Bluff Scenic Area. Seven Stars Scenic Area also has bicycle lanes, you can ride and play, you can also sit in a daze at the beach, it is a good place to relax.
