Belgrade Fortress

avatar
Tandi1984
The city is loud and bustling. Busy roads, busy streets and busy shops. This is like an oasis of calm that separates the bustle from the rivers. The fortress is well maintained and beautiful, with so many directions to choose for a walk afterwards. I chose to walk along the rivers whilst marvelling at the fortress on the hill. it’s easy to imagine why this place was chosen as an overwatch, very little can get in or out undetected.

Kneza Mihaila

【Knez Mihailova Street】 Knez Mihailova Street Knez Mihailova Street is connected to the Karamegdan Castle at one end and the Republic Square (Trg Republika) at the other end. It is the most central commercial street in Belgrade, just like the Champs Elysees in Paris. If you choose to stay, staying near here is the best choice. There are some alternative street performers during the day, and the surrounding bars will be very lively after the shops close at night. The street consists of a large number of buildings from the reign of the Obrenovic and Karajolyević dynasties. The street is about 700 meters long and connects Kalemegdan to other parts of the city. The performances of street singers add to the overall atmosphere of the walk. There are many cafes and restaurants on this street, serving traditional Serbian food. The crowd is densest in the evening.

National Museum of Serbia

The museum exhibition is very well organized. On the ground floor you can see different archeological items found over centuries, as well as coins and banknotes used in Serbia throughout history. The first floor has art from different periods(permanent exhibition), and the last floor is where the temporary exhibitions are situated. The cheaper ticket is 300 dinars, and the entrance is free.on Sundays. The staff is welcoming amd helpful. Taking photos is allowed, but you need to leave your coat, umbrella, backpack, etc. in the wardrobe.

Chinese Cultural Center

In front of the site of the former Chinese Embassy in Yugoslavia, there are stone tablets commemorating the three Chinese journalists who died. We came here to pay homage to the heroes who are sleeping in a foreign country, and never forget the national humiliation! The new "Chinese Cultural Center" building was built on the site, reflecting the rise of the Chinese people.

Danube River

Budapest, Hungary! The Danube in the blue Danube winter is beautiful, the west bank is Buda, the east bank is Pest, two sides of the eight bridges connected, forming the capital of Hungary Budapest, is the world's rare twin cities, known as "Little Paris". The architecture of the Danube is fascinating. If you want to see the scenery of the riverbank up close, you can choose to take a walk on the # Selcheni Chain Bridge; take the cable car near the bridge of the Chain Bridge to the castle coal, and you can see the magnificent panoramic chicken in Budapest that was once French. It is said that the quietest city in the world can be said to be very suitable for leisure and relaxation. In addition, the price of Hungary is not very high, but it is best to change the local currency (Hungarian forin) in advance.

Tito Mausoleum Кућа цвећа Tito tomb is also called "flower house", is the cemetery of the Southern Federal leader Tito, the reason is called "flower house", because the surrounding area of the tomb has been surrounded by flowers, but now, around the tomb is a white rock. Tito's full name is Josep• Broz• Tito, born May 25, 1892 in the village of Kumrovets, Croatia. During World War II, Tito led the Yugoslav armed forces against the German invasion, and was awarded the rank of marshal in 1943. Tito, who was the party and state's supreme leader since the founding of the Southern Federation, was both the general secretary of the SADC and the president of the Republic, and died on May 4, 1980. After Tito's death, Yugoslavia did not build a tomb, but buried it in the flower house of the presidential residence. 大海金国

A landmark building with unique European style. You can check in here while walking. There are policemen patrolling nearby. There is a square and a parking lot next to it. It is in a busy area and worth taking photos.
