It was a trip to Japan with family and we visited Noboribetsu Bear Park. it was very fun and we really enjoyed it and love the atmosphere there

Jigokudani (Hell Valley)

The road is closed in winter, and you can't enter Oyunuma? Join a local one-day tour, the tour guide leads you across the closed road Go along the observatory to the iron spring pond, to the Oonuma, Oku-no-numa, and then go to the foot bath The scenery along the way is picturesque The sulfur smell is very strong, but I think it smells good, not stinky

Noboribetsu Marine Park Nixe

This marine park is very near Noboribetsu JR just one bus stop away or even can walk from Noboribetsu JR station which takes around 15-20 mins. You can watch different attractions according to the scheduled time, like penguin parade, sealion and dophine show. Is cute to watch penguins parade as the penguins are walking very near us.

Noboribetsu Date Jidai Village

A wonderful cultural village with ninja, samurai. It’s also exceptionally beautiful place for taking photos. Do download the web coupon for some discounts. Best to enter in the morning because it will take more than 5 hours to go through the village and shows. Parking is 500 Yen.Visited on a Monday and it was not that crowded , There is a direct bus from Noboribetsu station.Nice cultural village, it was very educational and fun.

Noboribetsu Hot Spring

Come for the hot springs and the Hell Valley, because it is not the tourist season, the town is also very quiet. The smell of sulfur that is permeated in the air is everywhere, um, very like rotten eggs. In addition to a few restaurants at night, shops, hand-letter shops, etc. closed the door early. Walking on the street, there is only the sound of stepping on the road. Only walking into the restaurant and hot spring hotel, it seems to return to the lively world. The town is not big, and it is enough to have a half-day walk around.

Oyunuma Pond

The area is a volcanic area, rich geothermal and precipitation make the hot springs the hot springs on the island, known as "Japan's first soup". There are hot spring hotels and shops on both sides of the hot spring street, and many of the goods in the store are related to ghosts. Walking around the town, you can see many sculptures about ghosts, and there are various sacrifices in different seasons.

I exchanged tickets at the tourist consultation center near the TV tower. A Chinese staff told me to take the bus early but I was too tired. The next day I seemed to arrive at the station at 10 o'clock. The first time I soaked in the hot spring, I didn't adapt but I still experienced it. At the same time, the sky was floating with snowflakes. Eat before the hot spring, lamb and wontons. I returned by car that day. The traffic is very convenient, but be optimistic about the time.

San Lavia Ski

I have to give this ski resort a 7-star rating [Clap][Clap][Clap] I did a lot of research before coming to Noboribetsu Onsen. I thought that as a novice, I would find a small ski resort to practice first. We started from Noboribetsu Daiichi Takimoto Onsen Hotel, and it takes 5 minutes to walk to Noboribetsu Onsen Bus Stop. You can buy tickets on the spot. It costs 480 yen per person to go to the ski resort (it is recommended to buy the ticket in advance to save the change when getting off the bus). Japanese buses are very punctual. The last stop is the ski resort at 9:25. It takes 3 minutes to walk after getting off the bus. Let's talk about the process of the ski resort in detail. The ski ticket is free. If you come for the first time, it is recommended to rent all the equipment inside, including snow suits, hats, gloves, socks and snow goggles. Because the ski resort has limited staff, it is recommended to register your name before entering the door. You will confirm all the contents you need to rent, pay, and get the equipment. It has taken almost 30 minutes to get here, so remember to register your name when you enter the door. After getting the equipment, you can go out to learn by yourself. There are also coaches to ask. Because I have skied several times in China and there are language communication problems, I finally decided to explore it myself. After playing for a morning and feeling that I can go to the intermediate slope, I can go to buy a cable car ticket. We bought 11 times for 3,000 yen per person, but I only used it 5 times in fact. The physical strength consumed by skiing once is still very large. The lunch at the ski resort tastes good, but the machine is operated in Japanese, which is a headache. I found a compatriot to unlock the order. Finally, I want to give a big praise to the staff here. My husband accidentally dropped his mobile phone when he was changing clothes, and I lost my gloves on the cable car. In the end, the staff helped to find them. The ski resort ended at 4 o'clock. I saw netizens saying that the ski resort can help take a taxi, but it is actually difficult. An uncle took us to the hotel for free. Thank you very much. The favorability of this place has increased a lot instantly.

Lake Tōya

If you plan to visit Lake Toya for only one day in winter and go to Mount Usu, you must plan ahead because there are few buses from Toya Station to the hot spring town and Mount Usu. If you miss one, you will have to wait for a long time. When I came, I couldn't get a car on Didi International and Japango. There is a boat trip every hour on the lake, and the whole journey takes 40 minutes. I thought it was to see the lake scenery, but it was actually to play with seagulls. There are shrimp crackers for sale on the boat, and you can feed the seagulls.

River Oyunuma Natural Footbath

It is really perfect to come here to take a bath or soak in hot spring in winter. Not to mention foreign tourists, even locals come here a lot in winter. You should know that this is a natural hot spring!
