Gediminas Castle Tower

The main castle is still under construction, so you can go to another tower. The ticket is about 4-5 euros (I forgot the exact price) but the fridge magnets inside are very nice! The top is open-air and you can enjoy the view of the city. There are two floors where you can see the history of Lithuania's independence. You can take a bus up to the museum for 1 euro. It doesn't take much time to walk, but the cobblestones are a bit slippery.
Vilnius TV Tower

The capitals of the three Baltic States have a TV tower. The Soviet people seem to like to build this kind of thing. They are all built outside the city. They can't be seen in the old city. They can't be seen in a higher place.
