What People Are Saying About Kanazawa

Kenroku-en

The six gardens are not big, and it takes about an hour and a half to go around. This is a slower rhythm. If you are walking and watching the flowers, you will be finished in half an hour. Generally speaking, it is worth seeing.
Omicho Market
开心就好灬
Kanazawa Omicho Market is actually a bit similar to Osaka Kuromon Market, but it feels cleaner than Kuromon. There are many seafood and other fresh vegetables and fruits. It is the busiest here at noon, and you can eat the freshest seafood on the spot.
21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa

Interesting layout. Enjoyed my hour there, but it wasn’t as much art in there as I imagined. The pool was very popular with tourists, and you have to book ahead to be able to enter.
Higashi Chaya District (Eastern Teahouse District)
Norton LIANG
Take the Northern Railway bus from Kanazawa East Tea House Street (ひがしChaya Street) in Hokuriku, Japan and get off at Hashibacho Station. The tea house is where Japanese geishas performed during the Edo period. It retains the flavor of the Edo period and is quite interesting for taking photos. It feels like it’s a popular spot in Kanazawa!
Kanazawa Castle Park
开心就好灬
Kanazawa Castle Park is right next to Kenrokuen Garden. It is a free park that is much larger than Kenrokuen Garden. It is recommended to visit it when you come to Kanazawa. It is the cherry blossom season, and the cherry blossoms in the park are in full bloom. The night cherry blossoms here are especially beautiful. There are even more people in the night cherry blossom season than during the day. It feels like a park with a sense of history.
Nomura-ke Samurai Residence
Yuckey.
I went there in February. The garden is well managed, has a taste and is a very nice garden. Inside the mansion, you can get a glimpse of the life of those days, such as armor and other exhibits, and put them in the tea room. Although it is not open to the public, mansions are lined up around here, so I quietly looked at it from the outside while exploring. It was just the time when the plum blossoms were in full bloom, so it was good to have a taste there.
Oyama Shrine
ようだー
Oyama Shrine in Kanazawa.
Its appearance is interesting and unlike the typical shrines you see often.
While it has a Japanese feel, it is also sprinkled with elements of foreign culture, giving it a sense of history.
