Chapel Bridge in the Rain: A Different Kind of Beauty 🌧️🌉Visiting Chapel Bridge in Lucerne on a rainy day wasn’t the fairytale scene I had imagined, but it had its own charm. The mist over the river, the soft raindrops on the wooden bridge, and the glow of the city lights reflecting on the wet cobblestones made it feel almost dreamlike. Lake Lucerne

Lake Lucerne is really nice. When the weather is good, you can see the snow-capped mountains. Unfortunately, we stayed there for three days, and the weather was good only when we arrived in the evening of the first day, so we didn't take advantage of it. The buildings by the lake, the Ferris wheel, and the Flower Bridge Water Tower are simply too beautiful to take in. The boat ride to Weggis is even more beautiful.



Lucerne, one of the top 5 tourist cities in Switzerland, has sparkling waters on one side and lush mountains and rolling peaks on the other. The city area north of Lake Lucerne and the Reuss River is called the Old Town of Lucerne, where you must slow down and stroll and take photos leisurely. Stroll along the shore of Lake Lucerne, take photos on the Capel Bridge, climb the Musegg Wall to reminisce about the past, visit the St. Leodegar Church, and check in at the Lion Monument... everything is done on foot.



Mount Pilatus

It is recommended to take the Golden Circle Line. You can experience different transportation without going back, including cruise ship-gear train-cable car-train. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way. There are many outdoor activities on the mountain, which is very interesting.



Swiss Museum of Transport

Great museum and most importantly very interactive. You can learn, admire, experience and watch so many things. If you want to learn everything and really like watching and reading a little, 3 hours is far from enough. We had about 4.5 hours and that wasn't enough.



I feel that the scenery of Switzerland is particularly weather-friendly, the weather is good and beautiful! The weather is not good, the fog is big, and I can't see anything. We went on a rainy day. When we first arrived on the mountain, we could see a little scenery. After a while, we could see nothing. How many ways to go to Mount Rigi, the volcano changes the mountain train, or the boat changes the mountain train. Going down the mountain, you can change the cable car and take the boat. If you come out of Lucerne, the traffic is well connected, and it takes two hours for one way. Holding a Swiss pass, the whole traffic does not have to spend any more money. By the way, there are stones from Mount Emei on St. Regis, you can punch a card.



If Switzerland is not expensive, it is basically impossible to say that there is no beauty. Rusen is the beauty in the beauty, the location is in the middle, sitting on a large beautiful lake, Mark Twain is not stingy. Lake Yusen may not want the green beauty of alpine ice and snow lakes, but the old town and the surrounding beautiful towns can always surround her beauty, adding up to be more beautiful.



Musegg Wall Lucerne

The Musegg City Wall has a long history. There are nine watchtowers on the wall, three of which can be climbed. Google Maps can accurately guide you to the watchtowers that can be visited. After climbing up, you can overlook the beautiful scenery of the entire city.



Court Church of St. Leodegar

The high tower on the facade of this church is very pointed, the feeling of clamping the central building tightly, the interior space is reminiscent of Notre Dame Paris, the decoration style does have similarities, it is a good space for meditation, and the atrium.
