The central market in Cambodia was built between 1935 and 1937, during the period of French colonial rule in Cambodia. Therefore, the architectural style of the market is deeply influenced by France and shows a strong French style. The cross-shaped dome structure of the market is not only beautiful but also practical. The design of the interior without beams and columns makes the space spacious and transparent, which is convenient for merchants to set up stalls and customers to shuttle freely. It is worth a visit!

Angkor Wat in Cambodia seems to have stepped into an ancient and mysterious world. In the early morning, I came to little Angkor to wait for the sunrise, the sun penetrated the clouds, spilled on the magnificent temple, and at that moment, time seemed to be static. Angkor Wat is the world's largest temple complex, built of more than 5 million stones covering an area of more than 2 million square meters. Walking through it, I was deeply attracted by the exquisite reliefs, which recorded the gods and personnel, showing the glory of the Khmer dynasty. At Bayan Temple, I saw the famous "Khmer smile", the quiet and mysterious smile, as if telling the story of a millennium. The Tabucang Temple is surrounded by huge trees, and the combination of nature and architecture is amazing. I felt the power of faith and the weight of history as I traveled between these ancient buildings. Angkor Wat is not only an architectural miracle, but an epic poem written in stone.

This was an unexpected gem! La Plantation is a pepper plantation about 35 minutes outside of the centre of Kampot. They offer free guided tours in French and English explaining what they do as well as the different varieties of pepper that they produce, which is then followed by a tasting session! This is all completely free! There is also a little cafe where you can enjoy a coffee and an ice cream (most flavours have a pepper twist... I enjoyed the lime sorbet with Kampot pepper!) with beautiful views over the countryside.

This is the crab market in Kep, Cambodia. Suggestion: If you don't know how to bargain, eat at the seaside restaurant next to the market. The price is reasonable and the seats are comfortable. I left China on November 17, 2019, and went to Phnom Penh, Battambang, Kampot, and Kep. I arrived in Kep from the 12th to the 23rd, and found that many Chinese people came to Kep, a niche city, to travel during the holidays. I am a little worried. If there are menus and faucets in the bathroom that have been touched by virus carriers, will they infect other people? In addition, when non-symptomatic virus carriers pass through customs, customs officers touch the passports of virus carriers and other passports, which will not have the risk of infecting other people, so it is best to go out less for yourself and others. Yesterday, a group of little monks who went to play in the water at the beach all wore masks. I just found that the tourist cafe next to the crab market has a good environment and a superb scenery. The iced latte made from freshly ground coffee beans is $1.5. It tastes good. Appeal: Try to go out less for yourself and others if there is nothing important! !
