Sidi Bou Said

Known for its cobbled streets and blue-and-white houses, Sidi Bou Said is a charming town on a promontory overlooking the Mediterranean, with al fresco cafes, Tunisian eateries, and small art galleries. Early-20th-century Ennejma Ezzahra Palace features arches, ornate stucco, and patterned tilework, while Dar El Annabi is a historic house with wax figures in traditional costume.

Medina of Tunis

老少皆宜(程世荣)
The capital of Tunisia is Tunisia. We flew back from here. Tunisia is very good, especially the old city is very charming, but when we went, it happened to be a chaotic period in Tunisia, and the city management was average.

Avenue Habib Bourguiba

Bourguiba Avenue is the most famous commercial street in Tunisia. The whole street is full of various shops and restaurants. Many tourists and locals will sit in the roadside cafes to enjoy a cup of coffee or a very leisurely afternoon. This is the representative of French life in Tunisia. You may as well take a walk.

Ruins of Carthage

老少皆宜(程世荣)
We came to Tunisia from Morocco, and the first attraction to visit in Tunisia is the famous historical site of Carthage. It represents the birth and cultural characteristics of the Mediterranean civilization.

Bardo National Museum

The Bardo Museum in Tunisia is the largest museum in Tunisia. It is located in the north of Tunis and is also one of the largest museums in North Africa. We first learned about the history of Tunisia from here.

Ticket 8 Dinar, it is very small inside, it feels like half an hour to take a circle, I don’t need it, I don’t like to take pictures, there is a place to drink coffee on it, I’m in a daze, look at the phone is good 😂 You can see the sea view when you climb up.

Baths of Antoninus

Roman Baths. This is a historic site where you can get a glimpse of life at that time. You can visit multiple places with one ticket, so take a day to visit.

Cathedral of St Vincent de Paul and St Olivia of Palermo

This time the church is located in the main urban area of Tunis, and the street next to it is also a very busy shopping street. The church has a very tall and symmetrical structure, and you can visit it inside. You can also see traces of ancient Rome in this place. The whole trip to Tunisia is very good.

Ez-Zitouna Mosque

Todemmy
The oldest mosque in Tunis and whether you are muslim or not this a place that should be visited. The building is beautiful. The courtyard is impressive and the tower looks imposing. When not being used for prayer the door to the mosque is open but with an attendant in charge so that tourists cannot just wander in. But if you are pleasant to him and offer a donation he will use your camera to take some photos inside. This is a very historical building and really worth a visit
