The scenery was beautiful and the building was shiny. As expected, it felt like Astana designed by Japanese people, and I could overlook the city. Low than Tokyo Tower and Sky Tree, but you can taste a different atmosphere again ◎



A very beautiful and tidy mosque outside, white walls with gold domes, magnificent; the interior hall is decorated in colorful colors, not luxurious but very solemn.



A typical Nur-Sultan Shopping Centre - Asia Park centres are found in several places through the city. They have a good selection of shops with kiosks selling local produce eg jewellry, ornaments and a few tourist-orientated shops. Costa Coffee. Basement has more functional shops eg Supermarkets, key cutters etc. The supermarket is mainly for locals and tends to be cheaper.



Nur Sultan is the capital of Kazakhstan. It is also the youngest capital in the world. When it replaced Almaty as the new capital of Kazakhstan in 1997, it was also called Astana. Later, in honor of former President Nursultan of Kazakhstan, it was renamed “Nur Sultan” in 2019. Nursultan, the youngest capital, is vibrant.
