Host is really one of the few restaurants I like. Every detail from the environment to the ingredients is meticulous. The Japanese style of logs is elegant everywhere in the restaurant. The tatami box is very private and perfect for dates.

The restaurant had a total of 4 types of ramen that day, salt, soy sauce and miso, and a vegetarian ramen.
- Shio Ramen: The soup of the salt ramen I ordered was so fresh. The chicken soup was boiled with kelp, dried fish and other seafood, and seasoned with various salts and clam juice. It was really fresh! Especially after eating the heavier miso ramen, drinking this salty soup, there is still a sweet taste overflowing. The noodles are made by their own machine and are quite chewy. Although the barbecued pork doesn&rsquo;t look fat, it tastes tender and not dry. The soy sauce egg is moderately sweet and salty and has a runny heart. This bowl of soup was drunk by two people.
- Miso Ramen: The miso ramen I ordered tasted the taste of dandan noodles in one mouthful of the soup. The minced meat in the soup was a little burnt and hard, which slightly affected the taste. As far as personal preference is concerned, I generally prefer miso soup to salt soup, but this one is really the opposite, salt wins!
Ah, it&#39;s really satisfying to have a hot soup in the winter! It was still early when we went there, so we only had to wait for 10 minutes. After we finished eating, we found that the line was getting longer.
