Lake Wombat Track

The majestic Mount Cook is nearby and the trail offers hikers the opportunity to get close to nature and experience it with their heart. This is out of reach for car tours or other forms of excursion. The quiet trail is well worth a walk.

I was shocked by the scenery in front of me. It was surrounded by tall, snowy mountains gathered into a big river, flowing in Mount Cook National Park, and there was a long pull-lock bridge on the river. It was very thrilling to walk on it, but the scenery was really beautiful and worth a visit.
