The museum holds artefacts and copies of artefacts from the region. It starts in the Stone Age, before focusing primarily on the Urartian period, about 2800-2600 years ago. The layout is well done and...

This is a new Museum and well worth the visit.

The Museum is new and our tourist group had just over an hour for the visit. It had many well presented displays depicting the Urartian culture and going back the Arminian culture in 19th BC.
