Trier Amphitheater

The amphitheatre is the Colosseum of ancient Rome, although the fierce competitive scenes of the past have no longer existed, but it is still a lively place. Now it is a stage for many concerts.

Although the scale of this theater is not as good as the local Roman, it is very delicate. You can experience the style of the theater construction during the Roman period. The underground structure is now relatively intact. You can feel it.

It takes a quick 20-minute walk from Old Trier to the amphitheater, and it feels like the size and scope of the Roman-era Trier is larger than the current Trier. The amphitheater is surrounded by large forests and scattered with small Roman-era ruins.
