It is a field in the eastern part of Tono City. It is a place where lonely atmosphere drifts. There is a legend that old people used to live together around this place. The Yamaguchi village is also nearby, so I think it's a good idea to visit it at the same time.

It is a plateau located about 1.5km from Yamaguchi village along the former highway with a water wheel. The road up to this point is a farm road, and be careful as the last branch is closed to vehicles other than those involved. (If you take a sightseeing taxi, you can take it nearby.) Except for the restored former residence, the surrounding area is fields and settlement sites (after the Meiji era?). In the era when this custom was in place, there were few people who crossed a small pass on foot and stopped without waiting for spring in a poor straw hut. ...
