福建宁德屏南的国家地质公园就在双溪镇的白水洋风景区内，在浅水大广场的前后河道上均可以欣赏到以前火山运动后留下的地质地貌特征，趣味性比较强
福建屏南白水洋地质公园是位于福建省屏南县境内，地处屏南、政和、周宁三县交界处，集火山地质、火山岩类、火山地貌、水体景观等地质遗迹于一体，记载了距今1亿多年来白水洋地区漫长的火山地质演化历史。2005年8月国土资源部批准为第四批国家地质公园。
