Sugi no Osugi (Giant Cedar Tree)

Known as the largest cedar tree in Japan, "The Great Cedar of the Cedars" is a huge cedar tree estimated to be 3,000 years old. This big cedar tree is made up of two cedar trees called Nanda cedar and Beida cedar. Because the roots of the two cedar trees are intertwined, they are also known as the couple's cedar. The girth at the root of Nanda cedar is about 20 meters and the height of the tree is about 60 meters. It is also called the tree that can make wishes come true. It is said that there is such a true story. There was a famous singer who visited here when he was a child and prayed to improve his singing skills, and he became a representative singer in Japan.
