Dachstein Skywalk

The 2,743-metre-high observation deck, located in the Austrian Alps, opened in July 2013. To get there, visitors need to take the cable car first, then walk through a narrow and thrilling suspension bridge - below the 396-meter abyss, and finally walk down a 14-level step to reach the glass viewing platform. There you can see the Alps as far away as Slovenia; if you dare to look down, you can enjoy the Dakhstan glacier a few hundred meters below.
