It is a pass on Prefectural Road 36 that connects Togakushi and Onimura. There was little snow, so I passed when I passed through Hakuba from Togakushi through Onimura. It seems dangerous when the amount of snow is normal. The view from the observatory was the village of onimura village under my eyes, the mountain of Togakushi 々 on my right hand, and the northern Alps in the distance.
