Spice Bazaar

The Spice Bazaar (Turkish: Mısır Çarşısı, meaning "Egyptian Bazaar") in Istanbul, Turkey is one of the largest bazaars in the city. Located in the Eminönü quarter of the Fatih district, it is the most famous covered shopping complex after the Grand Bazaar.

It is said that it is a spice market. In fact, the things sold are similar to the Grand Bazaar. If you like shopping, you need to visit the Bazaar with approximately 350 shops, you’ll find everything you need. We went to get gifts for family and Turkish Delight (all flavours and freshly made daily) we got 3 x boxes (18 pieces in each hand-picked) for 90 Turkish Lira so about £10, bargain and so delicious. The Turkish people are lovely and enjoy a good haggle too so haggle away 😉
