Meiling National Forest Park

Meilin Valley is located in the southwest of Meilin Town, Haraqin Banner, Chifeng. The scenic area has a cool climate, abundant rainfall, abundant water and grass, and pleasant scenery. There are both steep peaks and numerous rivers, valleys, forests, stone pillars, and stone swords in the canyon. The Xibo River originates from the east side of Jiucailou, Dadianbeigou, Meilin Township. When it flows through the canyon, it gathers many springs in the scenic area. Due to the long-term geological movement and the downward incision of the mountains and waters, 19 alluvial fans and alpine wetland alluvial fans have been formed. , Although the mountain road is rugged, the scenery is beautiful. The beauty of Meilin Valley in late autumn is gorgeous and colorful, especially in the Jiucailou Scenic Area. Due to the high mountains and lush forests, the spring water emerges from the foot of the mountain and descends down the ditch. Other mountain springs gather along the way, forming a rolling river. To say that the beauty is the "South Tower" scenery, walk through the winding road, go straight to the Shifeng more than ten meters high and more than fifty meters long, and you will reach the daunting "overpass". The "overpass" is less than one meter wide and less than one foot narrow, which is both a depression and a challenge to people's courage.
