We left from Deng Xiaoping's hometown back door and visited the nearby Hanlin yard. This is the old house of Deng Xiaoping's distant ancestor Deng Shimin (Qing Qianlong first year of the Shi and the first into Hanlinyuan), known as "Hanlin yard", which was the place where Deng Xiaoping studied when he was a child.
