Horrible experience with management
The manager needs a new line of work..horrible treatment from her. We ordered the prime rib meal with no potatoes and extra vegetables. When it came it was double potatoes and no vegetables.we ask to please replace the potatoes. 40 minutes later we had no food. The manager blamed the poor waitress who was embarrassed and wonderful. She blamed the 15 year old kid that served the food. It wasn’t rocket science to fix the order. Everyone at our table was disgusted with her. One lady actually told her she should just be quiet because every time she opened her mouth she dug a bigger hole. We have season tickets and the worst thing the Broadway Palm has going for them..is her.

We have enjoyed the wonderful talent in the play and the excellent buffet food on every visit! The employees are friendly and the entire experience is well organized. The website is easy to navigate, also.

We really enjoyed our visit to Broadway Palm theater! We had a mixture of ages in our group from 60’s, 50’s, 40’s and teens! We saw Carol King’s “beautiful” and we were so pleasantly surprised by the amount of talent on that stage! We live in NYC, and see Broadway productions very often. We must say this definitely was as close as you can get to seeing an actual br Broadway musical in SWFL! The food was amazing on the buffet and we want to give a special shoutout to the chef who came out to our table and took extra good care of our teenaged daughter who suffers from multiple life threatening food allergies and he was so kind, attentive and concerned. He made her a special safe dinner and even came back out to arrange a special apple cobbler dessert for her. He was so wonderful, kind and thoughtful and we want him to be recognized for going the extra mile. I cannot remember his name but he had a lot of tattoos and mentioned that he had a little girl as well at home- and he wanted to make sure ours was safe and enjoyed her meal. So shout out to him, we will be back to see Addams Family, next month & are already counting the days down!
