Big Campus, Good Museum

Besides the museum (worthwhile) there's also a woodland to the north with walking and cross-country ski trails. Well maintained.

Okay Museum

This museum had some interesting displays. I liked the animals. The whale and aurora movies were okay, but not amazing. The artifacts of the Eskimos were interesting.

Check Out Their Material on The Alcan Highway

What a great place! They have one of the largest collections of materials on the building of the Alcan Highway during WW2.

UAF museum

This is a great museum with well presented displays. Thoroughly enjoyed our time spent there. History, way of life, artefacts, current research. Brilliant.

University Museum

We visited the museum. It was outstanding. Could have spent the whole day there. Very informative about the history of Alaska but would like to see more on the Russian influence.
