While the instructor was great, the rest of the experience was highly unprofessional, unorganized & chaotic. Even with the instructor saving the day, everything else was unprofessional, disorganized, and did not run like a smooth flowing operation whatsoever. We almost left before the class started. This was a horrendous experience from the gate. Most places use or have professional flyers, not this place. This place use texts written in all caps with 0 punctuation. Its laughable! This is your 1st hint to run. They also proceeded to swipe my card so many times that the bank flagged it as a security risk! A comedy of errors too long to list. It's a place that has great potential but fails on the business end.I do not recommend.
