Synopsis
Act 1: Great Love
West of Kunlun, at the foot of Muztagh Ata, the legendary father of icebergs, the sound of camel bells echoed, and a jade mining caravan from Persia shuttled between icebergs. Suddenly, everything shook, the world was in turmoil, and a blizzard mixed with rolling stones rushed from the icebergs. From this moment on, a story of mutual help, bravery, kindness, enthusiasm and simplicity began.
Act II: Jade Soul
"There are jades in the rough that are more than a foot long and wide without any flaws. In ancient times, emperors used them as seals. The so-called priceless jade is not easy to come by." The Hetian seed jade is warm and moist. The world-famous Hetian seed jade comes from the White Jade River under the Kunlun Mountains, where there is a story about "a red girl picking jade", which symbolizes its holiness and flawlessness.
Act 3: Dream Back
In the mysterious ancient kingdom of Loulan, a group of red-clad warriors and maids escorted a princess on a visit. They passed through the desert hinterland of the ancient Silk Road. In the hot weather and with a shortage of water, an oasis suddenly appeared before their eyes. Was it a mirage or hope in despair? Miracles, wealth, and faith intersected and collided on this ancient road.
Act 4: Life
Poplar - immortal for a thousand years; under the poplar tree, the Muqam girl performed Satar, and the melodious sound attracted the King of Yarkand who was hunting. They loved each other, used music to bring them together, and dance to express their feelings. Finally, the lovers got married, and the unique national court music of "Twelve Muqam" was officially established.
Act 5: Passion
At the foot of Huoyan Mountain, fruits and vegetables are fragrant, flowers are in full bloom, and the joy of harvest is everywhere. The cheerful and humorous dance music, the rotating Sahar land, the high-pitched singing, the hard work and bravery outline the colorful farming life. Guests from afar are also infected by the enthusiasm and sincerity of the Xinjiang people.
Act VI: Love on the Prairie
Amid the sea of apricot blossoms, a newlywed Kazakh couple is holding their wedding. On the endless grassland, horses are galloping, and young men and women are doing activities such as "grabbing sheep" and "chasing girls". Snow lotus flowers are blooming, and the meltwater from the Tianshan Mountains is rushing forward. Different ethnic groups and cultures live in harmony on this vast land of Xinjiang.
