It was an amazing experience, first of all the location of the hotel is in close proximity to the international trade markets, in a quite neighborhood, with some leisure areas around the hotel. the hotel is generally clean with all the service providers very friendly. I stayed there for 5 nights and celebrated my fiancée's birthday right there.

The hotel is inside the East Railway station, below the rail lines. Very convenient to use metro and high speed trains. Slightly hard to find initially. It's at the West Square end. You will see 7-eleven on the left. On the opposite end are many food shops. Go past 7-eleven along a lonely, long corridor, about 200m and past the doors at the end, you will see Quantum Inn. The room looks new, simple but tastefully furnished. Facilities include a table with chair, kettle, 2 mugs, bed with full linen and 2 side tables, open shelf with 4 clothes hangers, air Cond, toiletries, towels etc. Daily room service with fresh towels and 2 bottles of water. Air Cond, flush, water pressure and shower temperature good. Separate toilet and shower. Lacking free coffee/tea sachet in room, floor towel/mat for keeping feet dry after taking a shower, and hooks in toilet and shower to hang your clothes. Also, put more visible signage outside, near 7-eleven to guide guests. Chinese style buffet breakfast is simple but adequate.

Perfect location as it is walking distance to almost anything you need ~ Trade Centres, Restaurants, Cafes, Convenient Stores and Night Markets (if you can walk). Hotel crews are friendly and helpful including the housekeeping lady. Rooms are clean. Although the breakfast menus are almost the same everyday, but they are delicious. Maybe the management can consider to alternate the menus haha... Overall, it was a pleasant 11days of staycation for us :-) Will definitely be back again. Highly recommended for business travellers.

Lovely hotel and location in a quieter area. Overall friendly service and bell hop. Family room large and comfortable. Nice view from room especially at night. Location and hours information was not shared at time of check in re: swimming pool, gym, spa. Especially for foreigners, this would be appreciated as no info is provided in the room. Later when we asked, told pool opens at 1 pm and no morning swimming before ceck out. We chose the hotel partly because of pool and were disappointed. Buttons to clean room unclear if on or off. Room was not cleaned even after a phone call to reception confirming they would send someone. Very helpful customer service with sending items that were left behind in the room. Breakfast was excellent although a 5 min walk from hotel. Also a good western restaurant. Overall Wuzhen is a beautiful ancient water town well worth a visit.

Very spacious room! Love the huge wall to wall windows. It’s such a beautiful view during the day and night. Full length mirror and vanity mirror above the sink. My only gripe is that the toilet is only partially partitioned off from the room, the wall doesn’t go all the way up to the ceiling. This detail can be seen in the listing pictures so we booked it with full awareness. Thankfully my friends and I are comfortable enough with each other to take a dump in each others presence, otherwise new couples/friends might want to think twice 😂

The unit is located about 800m from LongXiangQiao Metro station. We took a walk from the station. It was not too difficult to locate with the help of the local Amap app. The check-in process was simple and relatively fast. The room was decent but was not prepared for the number of people we have indicated (we have indicated 3 people but everything was prepared for 2, including the towels, drink cups, etc). Nevertheless, the front desk was able to rectify upon requesting. It's a typical dated designed hotel room at level 5. There were windows but no view as we were blocked by the trees. The unusual part was the top hung bed (it was either super single or queen sized). The upkeep of the toilet was pretty bad, some tiles were broken, parts of the wash cabinet was put together with sticky tapes. Everything was functional though, including the washing machine. The price range was an attraction. The even greater attraction for this place was that the Wushan night-market which operates nightly is just a stone's throw away. Generally happy with our stay there.

There is a person named Abu who sits in the hotel lobby for currency exchange and he gives fake RMB notes, beware guys. The hotel should not let him sit inside as a tourist would trust him considering the hotel is allowing him inside. Please take strict action against him.

The location of the hotel is good, close to the lake and there are also many food options in the area. The staff at the hotel are friendly and happy to help (Thanks, Jen Li). Unfortunately, no one speaks English... The room is fine. However, they could do a little more in terms of cleanliness. What bothered me in the room is the smell of cigarettes, also the walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbors (who were really loud; a family with a child). It is ok.

Location good, but difficult to find the Hotel, it was at the last corner of the road, 如家-a few same name hotel at nearby. The taxi driver all don't know where to drop me, hard time for me as a foreigner to locate the hotel. The staff was friendly. after hard time to find the hotel.

Great location in all aspects ...On Line7 .Wushan station. Few mins walk from metro. ...3 mins walk just closed to Hefang walking street ..able to walk to Xihu ..and also can go straight to XiaoShan airport on Line7 ...nearby got lots of local restaurant .Bakrty .Moreover , next to Flower & Bird market ...Room also great in design ..clean..just a lobby is narrow

Facilities: The newly opened hotel 房, the room facilities are all comfortable and warm, and the facilities are new. Hygiene: The newly opened sanitation is okay, and the dead corner of the sanitation needs to be paid attention to ⚠️, the ground behind the door, the floor of the shower room. Environment: Opposite Zhejiang Second Hospital, not far from the West Lake Scenic Area, convenient taxi, nearby, eating, drinking and playing. Service: At the time of check -in

The staff is very friendly and went to the extra mile to explain to me how to use the logistic services. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel is located along the Nan Song Yu Street where has many shops for food and gifts. The hotel also provide free mineral water. The only setback is the wifi service which require to have a local phone number for verification code. Those without a local number will not be able to connect to wifi. However, the staff is able to assist by using their hotel phone number to activate the wifi as an alternative. Overall, excellent service, location and cleanliness. We will definitely wanna stay here again if we come to Hangzhou again.

The hotel is located near public transport, the entrance of the MRT station and bus stop are in front of the hotel. We went to the hotel by MRT directly from the airport. The underground MRT has convenient store and many restaurants. We go to all the popular tourist spots and shopping mall using the public bus. There is a big shopping mall opposite the main road, there are many restaurants and convenient store, all within the walking distance from the hotel. The air conditional system is functioning well, the temperature setting is very accurate. The reception area of this hotel is one of the best, it is like a small library.

This hotel is really great. If you need it, you can place an order directly. I stayed in Yiwu for 3 days and stayed for 2 more days after checking in. The experience was great, the bedding was very comfortable, the service attitude of the guys and girls at the front desk was excellent, they greeted each other when entering and leaving. The room was very clean and much better than I expected. The breakfast tasted very good, and the wontons were freshly packed. I like the style of the room very much. The room is very clean. There are many parking spaces, parking is very convenient, and the charging pile is also very close. The details are in place, including a dryer and washing machine. I see that the washing machine is cleaned regularly, which is very considerate.

Its very near to trade center and they offer variety of Chinese breakfast. They have laundry too and free detergent for all guests. We’ll definitely will stay again next time we visiy yiwu. It’s easy to locate too just show the picture to the taxi and they’ll tale you there.

The oversized standard room, I will come again next time I have a chance, the environmental sanitation is very good, the location is also good, next to the International Trade City, the bathroom and toilet are also very large, and there is also a large place to store things at the entrance!
