Sri Panwa Phuket Luxury Pool Villa Hotel

I didn't have high hopes for this hotel due to its low rating on Ctrip and the room photos. However, my stay far exceeded my expectations. The room was much more upscale in person than it appeared in the pictures. While some power outlets, switches, and a few pieces of furniture were a bit dated, the overall quality was still evident. We booked a one-bedroom luxury sea-view villa. Upon arrival, the staff warmly showed us two different layouts within this room type: one with separate living and sleeping areas, and another where they were connected. The bedroom and bathroom configurations also varied. We chose the latter, and the view was absolutely incredible. The staff across all departments were excellent, always greeting us with a smile and providing great assistance. The tuk-tuk service was also very prompt, arriving within 2-3 minutes of calling. Because of the room's amazing view, we ordered room service for both dinners, enjoying our meals while watching the sunset. The food quality was also excellent, far superior to the Banyan Tree where we stayed a few days prior. There's a 7-Eleven within walking distance, and the walk from the hotel to the 7-Eleven offers nice scenery. There were a couple of downsides. Firstly, the breakfast selection was limited (though the taste was decent), and the breakfast restaurant lacked air conditioning. Also, the air conditioning in the game room was often turned off; I hope they can improve this. One more thing to mention: if your budget allows, I highly recommend upgrading directly to the one-bedroom luxury pool sea-view villa. The experience at this hotel differs significantly depending on whether you have a sea view or not.

Loved it! So clean and the service was absolutely amazing. I only stayed one night, but next time I'll definitely be staying more than two nights. It truly felt like a relaxing getaway. You have to come here! So Peaceful 🥰

This is the most satisfying villa hotel I've ever stayed at. Upon entering, the front desk staff provided a thorough introduction to every facility in the room. It felt like being in a jungle, and the map was detailed and comprehensive. The tuk-tuk service to each building was also very responsive. They even arranged a thoughtful honeymoon setup because we mentioned it beforehand. The food and service at the restaurant were excellent too. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

This expensive hotel truly lives up to its reputation for stunning photoshoots; you won't find many of these grand backdrops in your average five-star hotel. My only complaints are the somewhat limited breakfast selection and the beach being practically non-existent. Other than that, it's flawless. If you're looking to get some amazing shots, sisters, go ahead and book it!

Stunning cliffside ocean views, the sunset at Panwa Cape is something I'll remember for years. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, and you need to take a buggy to get to each villa, which is separate from the public areas. This ensures excellent privacy, and the bedroom views are unparalleled. To my surprise, my child, without any protective gear, jumped into the pool and even did some short-distance underwater swimming. The staff's service attitude was also great. Overall, it's good value for money.

This room seems newer and generally feels better than the villas, though the view isn't as good as the villa area. The hotel's main selling point is its tranquility, but it might not be the top choice for family trips with young children, as it's not particularly kid-friendly. Surprisingly, the kids really enjoyed the hotel's tuk-tuk service and found it quite thrilling!

For a price of 4440 a night, the villa's space and view were just okay, I guess. The main thing is the kids had a good time! The hotel's landscaping is poorly maintained; half of it is withered and yellow! The facilities are mediocre! Last night, it rained, and a bit of the door frame fell off! A curtain rod also came down... The quality isn't what you'd expect for a 4000-level price point! The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant was very good too! There are also many small shops nearby. The villa offers a wide-open view, but the scenery is a bit ordinary. The tuk-tuk had a strong gasoline smell and made me quite dizzy! But walking was too tiring! I prefer those golf carts; I used one in Bali, and it handled hills very smoothly!
