Sri Panwa Phuket Luxury Pool Villa Hotel

The service was incredibly warm and welcoming, and having the 'rabbit car' (shuttle service) was a great help for getting around. We received a complimentary welcome fruit basket on our first day, which was a lovely touch. The hotel also boasts a private beach that remains peaceful and private even during peak season. We'd definitely come back again. The only minor drawback was that the Italian risotto I had was a bit undercooked, quite al dente.

Service was generally okay, but sometimes a bit slow – for instance, waiting 30 minutes for a coffee! The restaurant food was decent, not amazing but not bad either. The Hot Box steak was pretty good, and breakfast was nice. The Fire Show is definitely worth watching! Baba Nest Bar wasn't as special as it's made out to be online, but the view was still great.

The views are better than Phulay Bay (or Phulayrisa, assuming it's a hotel name), but the decor is a bit dated. Basic dining and shopping needs can be met in the surrounding area.

The outdoor scenery here is absolutely stunning, and my kids absolutely loved the pool – the water was super clean and it was cleaned daily! However, the in-room facilities are a bit old, and the cleanliness was just okay. It really depends on what you prioritize. For me, the amazing outdoor views made it all worthwhile; I didn't mind a bit of dirt or old fixtures. Plus, we met two incredibly nice and lovely service staff members at the lunch and sunset restaurants this time! We stayed in a Type A room this visit, but I'll definitely try a Type B next time!

I didn't have high hopes for this hotel due to its low rating on Ctrip and the room photos. However, my stay far exceeded my expectations. The room was much more upscale in person than it appeared in the pictures. While some power outlets, switches, and a few pieces of furniture were a bit dated, the overall quality was still evident. We booked a one-bedroom luxury sea-view villa. Upon arrival, the staff warmly showed us two different layouts within this room type: one with separate living and sleeping areas, and another where they were connected. The bedroom and bathroom configurations also varied. We chose the latter, and the view was absolutely incredible. The staff across all departments were excellent, always greeting us with a smile and providing great assistance. The tuk-tuk service was also very prompt, arriving within 2-3 minutes of calling. Because of the room's amazing view, we ordered room service for both dinners, enjoying our meals while watching the sunset. The food quality was also excellent, far superior to the Banyan Tree where we stayed a few days prior. There's a 7-Eleven within walking distance, and the walk from the hotel to the 7-Eleven offers nice scenery. There were a couple of downsides. Firstly, the breakfast selection was limited (though the taste was decent), and the breakfast restaurant lacked air conditioning. Also, the air conditioning in the game room was often turned off; I hope they can improve this. One more thing to mention: if your budget allows, I highly recommend upgrading directly to the one-bedroom luxury pool sea-view villa. The experience at this hotel differs significantly depending on whether you have a sea view or not.

The sunset was absolutely beautiful and definitely something to look forward to. The room had a great view, with the pool right outside the window. There isn't much around the hotel, but there's a 7-Eleven nearby if you need anything, and the hotel's car can take you there. Overall, the hotel service was good.

Loved it! So clean and the service was absolutely amazing. I only stayed one night, but next time I'll definitely be staying more than two nights. It truly felt like a relaxing getaway. You have to come here! So Peaceful 🥰

Aside from the remote location, everything else was great.
