The interior design of the hotel was a masterpiece in itself, with Raphel Navot's talent evident in every detail. The ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication, creating an atmosphere that truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Additionally, the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of Paris, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment. Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations. This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service. Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing. On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience. In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. I firmly believe that fostering a culture of attentive and respectful service, along with diligent billing practices, is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience. the maids are very kind, the prices are affordable,he rooms are clean and tidy

We stayed for our honeymoon and it was an awful decision. We booked a room with a terrace view of the Eiffel Tower. View was great but the terrace was small it only had one chair on it. I contacted the hotel in advance to say it was our honeymoon and to make a fuss of my wife. I was sent an email saying this would cost 300 euros. Nothing was mentioned when we checked in. We stayed in the 7th floor and there was a damp musty smell everywhere. I have smelt this before when a rat has died in the air con. The room was tiny and the coffee machine didn’t work, the shower door leaked water everywhere and we couldn’t get the chrome cast to work in the room. When we asked for a table in the restaurant we were given a table. After waiting for 40 mins we asked for a menu and was told it was a private event but we could have some bread and butter!! The best part of this hotel is its location. It is superb and easy to go out and explore which was great because we couldn’t wait to get away each day. This feedback was given to hotel in their departure survey and no response has been received. Great location, tiny room, poor facilities, smelt bad and staff that don’t care. I would never consider staying here again based upon my experience and wish I had read a review like this before deciding to honeymoon there.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in EU. The view from our room was unbelievable and the staff was very accommodating. We will be staying here again.

The location and rooftop bar are amazing, but the rooms are tiny and the bathroom is teeny tiny.

Great location. Just a few minutes walk from metro, very close to many great restaurants. The staff are very friendly and polite. We had a great stay.
