This hotel experience absolutely made our trip, I have to give it a glowing review! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were impressed. The front desk staff were warm and professional, check-in was super fast, and they patiently answered all our questions about local transport and dining. What really stood out was the cleanliness – not a speck of dust in the corners, and the public areas were spotless and well-maintained. The location is another huge plus, being close to the subway and shopping districts. Throughout our stay, both the facilities and the service were impeccable. On my trip to Harbin, I chose this hotel because it's very close to the train station and the Museum Metro Station on Line 2. There's also a large shopping area nearby for dining. They even included two days of breakfast. The A.T. House service and room quality were truly exceptional, no complaints there.
When I checked out, I accidentally left a comb in the room. It wasn't expensive, but it had been with me for many years. A meticulous housekeeper found it, and the front desk staff called me to arrange for it to be sent back via SF Express. A special thanks to Shu Yan and Lin Xiaoxiao at the front desk. This small act really highlights their excellent service. I'll definitely be a returning guest if I have the chance to visit again! 🥰🥰

Switched over from another Holiday Inn because their AC was terrible and didn't cool at all. The air conditioning at Atour is great, all independent units, and my sleep quality improved significantly that very night. It's close to the road, but the windows are very soundproof.
