Lovely hotel, front line beach, all rooms have Seaview which is amazing! Bed was super comfortable. Had breakfast and dinner included, enjoyed it, very nice choice freshly cooked, good coffee and drinks included, superb beach and pool, friendly staff, and not far from Opatija centre with all little shops and restaurants, highly recommended!

-very pleasant stay at the hotel -polite staff -everything tidy - excellent food - excellent heating/cooling of the room - rooms overlooking the sea - secure parking - we are very satisfied with the accommodation, we have been to many hotels and from now on we will only stay in this one. From the hotel you can go straight to the Lungomare, the small beach is right below. Highly recommended!

We visited Hotel Icici for the second time in May 2024. The staff was really nice. Our room was just perfect (super clean) with a stunning view. Breakfast was great and dinner as well. Parking was easy and the location was excellent. We spent much time in the pool!

I recently stayed at Hotel Ičići, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future. The meals are various and very tasty with a lot of choice for everyone. My kids were in the miniclub and enjoyed it there very much. The pool and beach are tidy and well maintained. I'm very much looking forward to come back

The location and view of the hotel is beautiful. Staff is very friendly also at the restaurant. They do their utmost to give you a pleasant stay. The room is fine and also the beds are sleeping fine. Food is good with enough varity. You can have a pleasant walk along the Lungomare promenade to Opatija and Lovran. A boat trip to the Islands Krk and Cres is lovely. Despite we had a great time, there are a lot of improvements that needs to be done. We understand the hotel has just been opened and New and it takes time. We advise the management as follows : - Please arrange a machine to make fresh orange Juice. - Please make sure that the fruit flies will dissappear at the machines (restaurant). - Please hire more staff especially at breakfast and in order to clean the rooms more properly. We understand that it is difficult to find good staff. - Please make sure that the place at the Pool were the showers stands, will be rebuilt, so the water will be flowed away. - Please extend the time of dinner at 10 o'clock. In overall we had a very pleasant stay. Also thanks to the staff.

Since this hotel was opened just couple of weeks ago you can expect some staff and management issues. Service is slow, but they are trying. Just don't ask for ironing because you will get the things wrinkled the same way you gave them. The rooms are nice and spacious with mini bar filled on request. The hotel is nicely located, 20 minute walk to the center of Opatija and has a nice beach and pool. It is totaly dedicated to the families with kids (so if you want peace and quiet don't choose it) with inside and outside activities for every age. They even have a small gim for kids with miniature threadmills and other gim equipement. In the sea at the beach there is inflatable water slide. Food at the hotel is not very tasty, but there is plenty to choose from. Our main objection was that it was not Croatian. I think tourism is not just offering acommodation to the foreign tourists. It also means representing your country and local cousine. Since Croatia culinary really has a lot to offer, hotels must serve products from local producers, not for instance Slovenian pate that was by the way awfull.

We spent a few days at the Ičići Hotel at the beginning of June. We used the half-board service, breakfast-dinner. We traveled as a family with two children, 7 years old and 2 years old. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, vacuumed, and the towels were changed. The restaurant is clean, with a large selection of food, something for everyone. The hotel pool is clean, the water was a bit colder, as was the sea, but as I mentioned, we stayed at the beginning of June. The promenade to Opatija is beautiful. If you are coming by car, the hotel is in a great location for sightseeing. We highly recommend staying at the hotel.
