The lovely owner Quy and his wife absolutely bent over backwards to look after me during my stay here. A few examples: I couldn’t find a DMZ tour that was running, so Quy organised a trip with a friend of his by private car for a very reasonable price. I bought a bus ticket to Hoi An and the bus company rang the hotel to cancel- by the time I found out about it, the owners had already been on the phone trying to find me an alternative. I could not have asked for a better experience, thank you so much Quy and your lovely family for making me so welcome. I should also say that the room was lovely and extremely clean, plus it was in a great location. I would recommend Canary Boutique to anyone but particularly solo travelers as the level of care I got here absolutely floored me. Would give them 11/10 if I could!

Amazing stay at Vinpearl Hue. The staff was amazing ( all the front desk employee , the concierge was really helpful since we wanted to have some info for the imperial city. Pool attendants both amazing and really attentionned to small details). Vinpearl was one of our highlights of our trip ! Room was really clean and the view was incredible . Nice sky bar. Truly a 5 stars hôtel with the small attentions they give you!

Our 2nd time back to this paradise. We stayed at the 3 bedroom villas overlooking the amazing ocean. The champagne breakfast was something we looked forward to daily . The staff at the resort were always at hand to make our stay exceptional. Special call out to Bich who was appointed our resort concierge , she contacted me in advance for massage booking, meals arrangement and in villa bbq set up. She even helped arrange for a day trip to Hue. She was always checking in on us to ensure that our stay at the resort was perfect . 5 days passed really quickly and we are already planning our 3rd trip back to Banyan Tree Langco. My recommendation is to spend your time at the resort, there is so much to enjoy. The amazing food, exceptional service and the tranquility of the resort sets them apart from many other resorts I have visited.

Great experience overall. The hotel is at a good location, right by Hương River. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful, from the front desk receptionists to the bellman, Mr. Loi. All of our requests and concerns were accommodated and addressed. The breakfast buffet offers various options. As vegetarians, we greatly appreciate the effort the staffs and chefs put in to accommodate us. We really enjoyed our stay.Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel, great location for little street markets, the river and local restaurants. The staff here are outstandingly thoughtful and helpful, always welcoming and cheerful. My friend had a broken ankle and the staff were really kind. He was also able to borrow a hotel wheelchair which enabled him to get out and about much more than if he'd only been able to use his crutches.

This is by far the best resort hotel my family and I have ever stayed in my entire life in terms of room condition, cleanliness, customer service, and friendly staff etc. The front desk team, everyone, was attentive, friendly, and professional. But, a special shout out to Duty managers Ms. Trang & Ms. Puhong for making my stay memorable with my family. No words to express my feeling for Ms. Trang & Ms. Puhong. Ms. Trang has taken care of me from the moment of arrival all the way until check out date. She helped to solve the issue of the room category from the travel agent since I had the room type category issue that they made a mistake. she really made sure that I have solved the issue.i would like to thank her very much for her professionalism and the unwavering hospitality that she has extended to me. And Ms. Puhong really caught our needs and wants so well that I could stay at the lovely beachfront suite room as well as she has booked the activities, restaurant, and spa, etc. Of course, she will always welcome me whenever we come back to the Front desk. And the F&B team, everyone was extremely friendly and super attentive. i can't remember all of their names but especially Mr. Ken and Chef Ms. Ngan were attentive, friendly, and professional calling by our last name !! Bell team, Mr. Tin, thank you for taking care of us from the moment we arrived until departed. he has taken care of my family. And every time he never fails to greet us and be approachable.

The room we booked has no windows, all the windows are a shape, the problem is not big at night, and it is not expected during the day. The bathroom is very large and the cloakroom is also included. There is a bathtub and a shower. The water is not very good. If the faucet is closed, the water in the shower will be smaller and the water temperature will become unstable. In addition, we rented the hotel's car to the Hue Mausoleum, the road is not very far, but it is super expensive, because it is the New Year's Day, the travel agency is on holiday, so we can only book this two people and one car. The driver's service attitude is not bad. On the way back, he has always hinted that the Vietnamese people have no money. Both hands are lifted and the steering wheel is not held. New Year, and then everyone said that the New Year's Day is the fate of each other, although the hotel has received a very expensive fare, we still gave the driver a 50,000 rupiah tip.

Fantastic stay. Such friendly staff, convenient location, clean room and great recommendations for the city tour. We also booked the bus ride with 4 stops to Hội An and the boat ride to the temple. Definitely worth looking into it. Breakfast was also delicious. Would come back again

A beautiful and stylish resort nested in a lush tropical setting in a quiet and authentic neighborhood just outside Hue. The very efficient, polite and friendly staff provide a perfect service. Comfortable, spacious and very pleasant rooms. Plentiful, well attended breakfast with an very satisfying and complete choice of food options. Big, beautiful and very pleasant pool. The staff kindly but firmly make sure the rules are respected to keep the place quiet and pleasant for everybody. The complimentary 30 minutes spa therapy is a pleasant plus. Kindly upgrade on my second stay. Nothing to fault this lovely place really. Thank you Xin Chao for the kind supervision of my reservation and stay. Looking forward to my next stay at the wonderful Pilgrim Village.

It maintains the appearance of a five-star hotel in the past (wooden floors and antique furniture), but Compared to older hotels, it seemed to be well maintained and there were no inconveniences. The attitude of the staff was so good that I could clearly feel the difference from a business hotel. A group came in, but the location makes it a good place to walk to the royal palace or tourist street.

I visited Bedana with my friends this summer and enjoyed it so much that I visited Vedana again with my parents!! Although it is a little far from Da Nang, Grab is easily available and you can use the car reserved by the hotel to return, so there is no inconvenience. Needless to say, the resort facilities were great, and the two outdoor swimming pools and spa were truly the best!!! My dad said it was by far the best massage he got in Vietnam. They let you borrow bicycles for free, so it was fun to ride the bikes and go sightseeing. The staff were also very friendly, and it was really convenient because if you told the dedicated staff member your requests via KakaoTalk, they would immediately reflect them.

The hotel location is right in the center, convenient and easy to find. Right below the hotel there is Highlands. In my opinion, the hotel has been renovated, the room and equipment are ok but there is still something old

Stayed there for 4 nights. Just beautiful resort ! Breakfast was great, plenty of foods for all from western to sian foods. Room is beautiful, views are beautiful but during my stay unfortunately it was raining all the time ! ;-(((. Bicycle around the resort is a MUST. Thai restaurant Dinner up on the hill at night is ANOTHER MUST.
