I do not recommend this hotel because of its staff. I booked 4 nights and messaged them upfront that I needed a quiet room because I had an exam I needed to study for. After 1st day they started drilling, I called and talked to a manager and she told me that I should have read before on their website that they have renovations and will not stop. This is outrageous to take the money, read my request and do nothing... Trip.com helped me with this matter and Novotel stopped drilling for a while and compensated me with a 150 Zl voucher after I had to wait again because of Novotel's awful staff, and Novotel told me they will reimburse my 2 breakfasts and this never happened (they lied to me as I can see). Otherwise, the hotel and room were clean.

The hotel is in one of the most convenient places in downtown Warsaw. At the center but at a very quiet place. It is based on communist architecture but though it keeps this character in the lobby, as it has to do, for keeping the historical memory alive it is modern and with all comforts. The room was very clean and with excellent wi-fi. There is always a bottle of water, coffee, and tea. And warm water all day. I would like to mention in particular the kindness of the personnel, especially at the reception. They were great. Though all of them were very helpful I would like to mention in particular Mrs. Antonina. She makes the guests feel comfortable and solves any problem without making it seem serious. I would like also to congratulate the gentleman who was responsible to care for the suitcases. He does his work perfectly. Great price for value. Fully recommended!

The whole hotel is wild But overall it's clean and the bed is good to sleep on The sofa in the room is also very comfortable Breakfast is very rich and has many choices The hotel seems to be not far from Central Station, but if you take the wrong exit, you will take a long detour. Especially when it rains and crashes and you have to drag a big luggage

We spent 1 week in this lovely hotel and our experience was really positive. It’s located about 20 minutes by taxi from the airport. We ordered an Uber and the cost was under £10. The hotel is not quite in the centre of Warsaw but everything is close by and the public transport links were excellent. A real revelation was that most of the taxi rides with Free Now were under £3. Great value, especially if you are feeling lazy! Electric scooters are also available outside of the hotel and £1.80 for the day gets you unlimited free unlocks and 60 mins of free riding with Tier. Bolt, Lime and Dott also have scooters with similar offers. Warsaw has many bicycle lanes making cycling and scootering relatively safe. As others have noted, our hotel room was small. However, it comfortably accommodated 2 adults and a 14 year old. The bed in our room was king sized and our 14 year old slept on the sofa bed, which she said was very comfy. Housekeeping is every three days as standard but can be daily on request. All the staff on reception were lovely and friendly. Things like toothbrushes, sewing kits, sanitary products etc are available free of charge on request. Shower gel and shampoo are provided in the room. Our room had multiple power points and a few USB charging points. This meant that we didn’t really need to have a European adapter with us. The hotel is dog friendly and dogs can stay in your hotel room for a supplement of 100zl per night. Light sleepers beware! The hotel rooms don’t seem to be sound proofed so you will hear trams, emergency sirens etc from about 5am onwards. This didn’t bother us at all. More of an observation really. Breakfast is included in the room rate and we really enjoyed it. The offering is the same daily but there is a lot of variety. Lots of cold meats and cheese, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, pancakes, pastries, breads, cereal, fruit, yoghurts etc. Juices, water and coffees are also readily available. Vegans have a section all for themselves and this includes tofu scrambled eggs. This hotel shares the same building as The Crowne Plaza hotel and you can access the restaurants for the Crowne Plaza. We went to Nova Wola on the first floor. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, the environment very classy but it was definitely pricey. There is a bar with terrace on the 21st floor. It gets busy, especially if you want a terrace table, so book in advance.

The hotel is very comfortable, with good views and facilities. The location of the hotel is also very good. There are many large shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Opposite the Palace of Science and Culture, the scenery at night is first-class. It's a very good travel experience, basically I choose this hotel every time I'm in Warsaw. The service staff has a good attitude and smiles.

Hilton Warsaw City should be proud of its outstanding Front Desk Manager (Sylwia Robak), as the world is becoming Digital every day and losing the actual human touch, anything we need or we ask for the answer is to go online, which is only good when it is widely available but when it is not there it fails you, was in a situation & couldn't find a night stay for one of our corporate who happens to be a COO, it was only because of Sylwia Robak who could understand our circumstances and our guest importance to confirm a room which was unlikely we could have got it online. The most amazing hotel experience, after leaving a horrendous airbnb at 1am me and my boyfriend went to the Mecure to find a room. Leszek on the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful in finding an affordable room for us as we are only students. The best customer service I’ve ever received, he was sympathetic to the situation we were in and gave us the best deal possible. The room was lovely and the location is perfect. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is extremely convenient, located right by the departure gate of the Chopin airport in Warsaw. The hotel itself is elegant and comfortable. The king room has a very convenient space distribution and is equipped with a great selection on the TV, you can play Netflix and YouTube as well as other tv stations. The breakfast buffet has a great selection and quality. However, the room does not have toothpaste or toothbrushes, nor hairbrush. So just be aware and prepared. The foot rest was stained a bit and there were some blond hairs on the chair. The front desk is kind and helpful.

The hotel is close to the airport and the price is very reasonable. The only problem is that there is no direct bus or shuttle bus to the airport which means it will take you about 20 min to get to the airport. Others are very satisfactory.

( Not only bread is a man living, but food is delicious in Afrodite ). SPA at the highest level ( I know a little about it, for 25 years in the beauty industry ). The service is ideal, sympathetic, friendly, effective (of course some guests forget that they are not alone in the hotel and then they have to intervene, but also do it with class. Great hotel (who does not believe, let me check) 😊
