Despite the early check-in, it was wonderful that they catered to us when we arrived at the reception at noon. The hotel's air conditioning is great, and the room is clean, so I don't have any worries. Despite the variety of dishes, I don't think the buffet is really good.

my go-to nearby hotel from my home when im in need to unwind! very accessible and near to sm aura, market-market, bgc, and palengkes. there’s also a pink themed coffee shop nearby when you go down the street of target range (yappari coffee bar) hotel staffs are really accommodating just got a few prob with the listed below: 1.) room - the cabinet doors are broken and there’s also a mosquito in our room but im fine with it because they gave me my requested room of nice view and near the elevator 2.) check out process- they told us to wait for 5 minutes for room checking but the real wait took longer than expected, 1 hour and 33 minutes to be exact! my first wait when i checked in this hotel also took about an hour but overall experience is as great as usual, would definitely go back again!

We stayed in this Hotel for the first time and I am so happy I made a wise choice in choosing it among others. It has a convenient location and just near the Mall of Asia. There are also many surrounding shopping malls and food shops and restaurants. The staffs were amazing and the massage we had was great! I will definitely come back to this place☺️☺️

We all know that this hotel was new but the service they give is like a level of a 5stars hotel. From the entrance they really acknowledged you as guest hearing them “WELCOME MABUHAY” with that gesture i felt like it was my home. Thank you MS TIN, for giving me impressive,'' and ``excellent work'' for assisting me from check in to check out even I waited long time fall in line in check in time but you approached me with genuine gesture by saying again “welcome mabuhay” with that simple gesture i will definitely comeback again for my next trip. Even housekeeping staff they give extra ordinary work by making my room clean comfortable for a night they all approachable and will great you. The highlight of this stay for me was the Cafe westside restau. Thank you paloma and tash for all the hard work you put into everything you do! Thanks for always taking the initiative and going above and beyond. You make my stay easy, and I know your career will take you far. Your work ethic is admirable, and it's a joy to see your work always done well and on time.

Was here for three nights. Proximity to the airport is great, but kinda in an inconvenient location to go around Manila. Grab is easily available but surge pricing can mean it's sometimes 300PHP to get to Makati. Breakfast is quite decent, though some more options in cold-cuts (e.g. ham etc.) would be appreciated. The room itself was not in good condition though. The window's rubber insulation was somewhat damaged, leading to noise leakage. The floorings especially in the bathrooms were quite stained and even coming apart in some places. I also encountered one cockroach in the bathroom, but it had vanished by the time housekeeping came. (Thankfully not into my suitcase - didn't see it again). Considering this a Holiday Inn, I think they can do much better. Also check-in is super slow - there are like two lines of ~10 people around peak times, moving incredibly slowly. A lot of manual inputs etc. required making it very slow, and bogged down by people who seemed to be making bookings on the spot or something.

It’s our forth time to stay in this hotel. We always go back because the staff are always so friendly, nice, and attentive. They make sure that we are comfortable and get the most out of our time spent with them. Breakfast is always good but hope to have more vegetables:)

Front Desk Staff is approachable and friendly. They have this tag that says ”Cleaned and Sanitized” on the toilet bowl and the two slippers. The room is big enough for a couple like us. It has a separate room for the wardrobe. The room that was booked doesn't have a window, I just wish there was. It looks also like a maze. You have to familiarize yourself with your room. Eurotel is easy to find, has a lot of near convenience stores, and it is just right in front of Robinsons Place Manila. Easy to book a Grab car/taxi.

I’ve stayed in this hotel for several times already & it’s always a pleasant experience. It’s relatively cheap, with a very cold & spacious room. Had a relaxing 2-night stay here 😊

As always staying here is very nice and comfortable but be warned they have airport style security and scanners at the entrance which is super annoying they demand to open and see all your bags inside and belongings even if you're staying here for multiple days they'll do it every time you enter the hotel Bonus you're very close to two big malls

The hotel is convenient for travelers that will be leaving the Philippines soon via the airport. You should arrive a day or two before your flight to do last minute shopping at the nearby SM Mall of Asia (MOA). There's also a small supermarket near the hotel going to the LRT station if you don't want to go all the way to MOA. You can iron your clothes at the 5th floor lobby. I'm not sure if it's the same on other floors.

I had an amazing stay at Henry’s Condotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. Room: Clean, relaxing colors, with remote controlled lightings (with different moods), curtains, etc. The room we booked which is a corner room was very spacious and has great view of both the bay and the city. The bath tub is situated uniquely and restroom is really spacious. Cool and up to date variety movie options are set in the 42 inch television Service : Great service from warm people. Vibe: It's like Boracay or beach vibe Food : Medium-sized selection, delicious, pastries are great, reasonably priced (for guests: 680 for adults, half price for kids aged 4-11) Amenities: Infinity pool is cool and view is still great even with the bay reclamation, though seems too hot to swim on hot times of the day Thank you Lime Resort! Everything is ok as ive been here 2nd time now .. wha bi like here is the location ..with easy access on foods.. groceries.. everything coz its in baclaran.. and with free transpo servive also to MOA. Casino and live band is what i also like here..

I can barely remember how many times I've stayed in this place. OUR FAMILY LOVES VALERO SUITES! We celebrated Easter here, my Birthday, and this year -- Christmas Eve! The Twin room 1 bedroom suite is really HUGE! 4 of us can sleep in the beds. Then all our relatives who visited have enough place to roam around and to sit in. KITCHEN - not usable. there's a fridge but you can't cook in here. There's a free water heater too, coffee and utensils. BEDROOM - 2 beds. BATHROOM - shower only. no bath tub but complete with comb, brush, etc all toiletries you need + BIDET! YES! DINING AREA - has a 4 seater table . LOCATION - A lot of commercial areas and restaurants nearby. There are 3 convenience stores that are just 2-3 minutes walk away from the building. Every holiday they have freebies too. Last easter we got a pack full of candies for my kid and a photo with the easter bunny. Then this time, we had super yummy home-made Christmas cookies! VALERO SUITES NEVER FAIL TO AMAZE ME!

The inn is surprisingly clean. The bed is very comfy and even though we booked just for 2 nights, the housekeeping changed our beddings on our 2nd day. The only downside is the noise. You can hear from the rooms people arguing from the other room and someone singing at 5am in the morning. It is not soundproof.

The rooms were clean, tv and safe, no fridge though, but for the philippines that is to be expected I guess. Didn't use any of the facilities so I can't really comment on those. Friendly staff, enjoyable stay.

The Location is good. First, the hotel put us in the room which is really bad 802 which is twin suite. I asked to change room since i book Eurosuite —which is the most expensive room type. Good thing they put us in room that satisfy my expectations. Clear view of the window (the 808 have no view—more on stairs and curtains)

This was an emergency booking and we are glad they had rooms available. The hotel is very old but not too badly maintained actually. It was properly cleaned. The service was commendable. They allowed us to pick the room of our choice because we had huge bags. But old is old so it’s not for everyone.

I’ve been booking in this hotel every time I go to Manila, they give free disposable toothbrush, toothpaste and even shampoo. Tho their room need to be checked most of the time, they have problems sometimes in sink, shower but they really have fast service. It’s a good hotel tho

The staffs are so nice and considerate. When I was ready to leave and had to wait for my booking car, they checked the car number and arranged me to stay in the lobby. When the car arrived, they quickly notified me of it.☺️ The housekeepers are responsible, it’s clean and organized after they make up the room. Don’t forget to tips them cuz they deserve. Needless to say, well amenities make me feel comfortable when I have a long stay.

The hotel has an excellent location, surrounded by numerous restaurants perfect for our business journey. Several tourist spots are within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. Public transportation is readily available, allowing us to visit places like Chinatown, Divisoria, Baclaran Church, and more. The staff are fantastic; they automatically changed our bedsheets, and the room was clean and comfortable. The room amenities were also quite good. One downside was that the telephone for ordering food wasn’t working, but that wasn’t a major issue since the food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the leche flan and calamares. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near Salazar Restaurant, which is known for its excellent dishes. We’ll book again.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, from the entrance guards who genuinely helped us with our luggage to the team that assisted us in booking a Grab car. The guards even kindly told us to wait inside, shielding us from the heat, and offered to call us when the car arrived, asking only for the plate number. What struck me most was the warm hospitality displayed by all staff members, who consistently greeted us with happy faces. Their simple smiles made my stay truly special and peaceful. ❤️ One suggestion I have for improvement is to provide an iron in each room or make it easily accessible for guests. This would be a convenient addition, especially for travelers who need to iron their clothes. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel and appreciate the exceptional service provided by the staff.

Downside - the staffs do their cleaning very early in the morning that caused such noise to those who are still resting / sleeping. I understand that they want to finish early their tasks but the hotel wasn’t sound proof that i can hear their chatting and even pulling out of furnitures while they’re cleaning. Pls give consideration to other guests that are still taking their rest before their flight.

Highly recommended place to stay when around Pasay. This is our Go-To hotel whenever we are on trip in manila. Close to restaurants, convenient stores and airports. The place is not a modern type but well maintained in terms of cleanliness and the service is awesome. The staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. Parking space is limited, you can opt for valet parking with a fee (100pesos/day) 2-3blocks from hotel. Highlight: They have two computer stations available for guests to use if you need an important file/document to print with no fee.

The location is also ideal, close to cultural and historical sites, making it convenient for exploring the city. Overall, the Manila Hotel offers a wonderful mix of comfort, history, and excellent service. Highly recommended for a stay in Manila.

Good stay overall. Complete with toiletries and there was a roll of tissue for the bathroom. 2 towels, 2 soaps, 2 toothbrush + toothpaste kit, and 2 shampoos. Aircon was not noisy and bed was clean. Floor was clean too and the bathroom. TV has no cable though and I did not try their wifi. I like the room layout. It feels spacious. Another con would be no elevator and stairs are pretty steep. But it's great for 1200 ish.
