My mother & I stayed here overnight as we had a quick layover in Qingdao; however, I wish we could’ve stayed here longer because the services & amenities were wonderful! The lovely front desk & lobby employees were very knowledgeable and went above & beyond to make our experience as positive as possible. Check in was very smooth & they also helped answer any questions we had. After a long day of traveling, being greeted so kindly was absolutely appreciated. In tandem with this, one lobby employee went above & beyond to help bring our stuff to our room; although we did not catch her name, her humility was very heartwarming. In addition to this, our room was very clean and items like towels & slippers were all clearly disinfected. They also provided amenities that we utilized such as free laundry, water, and bathroom items that contributed to a comfortable stay. In the morning, we also had breakfast here which was phenomenal. Once more, the staff was extremely helpful & the food was fantastic. I wouldn’t think to stay anywhere else next time we come back to Qingdao!

Trip gives the impression this is a five star hotel. It's not. It is 4 star. It is also quite dated. It's not bad, but it's far from great. Again, Trip gives the impression that it much better than it is. It's quite a worn out place with rooms in desperate need of a makeover. It also lacks charm or a feel of sophistication. Just kink of bland, really. Also, you can really taste the savings at the breakfast buffet. Again, not bad, but really cheap and bland. The one stand out was the Chinese food I ordered for room service.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the amazing hotel with a fantastic location and incredibly friendly staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect - right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the major attractions and surrounded by fantastic restaurants and shops. I loved being able to step out of the hotel and immediately immerse myself in the vibrant energy of the city. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I could possibly need. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the little touches that made me feel right at home. But what truly set this hotel apart was the staff. Every single person I encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant to the housekeeping staff, was incredibly kind, attentive, and eager to assist with anything I needed. Their genuine hospitality made my stay truly special and memorable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay with exceptional customer service. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the city.

The room was great for families with young kids, kept my two entertained in the room all the time. Location perfect too- direct access to the mall from the sixth floor sky park. My only complaint is cleanliness. I don’t expect perfection, but there is mold in the bathroom, mold on the bathroom shower slippers, and floor just felt unclean the entire time. It lacked many things like utensils and dish soap, but everytime we called the front desk they brought it up within 10 minutes. Customer services was great- very nice people. I would consider going again when I return to Qingdao, but probably would call ahead to guarantee cleanliness.

Rooms are nice and location is great. Restaurant is not good, they only have a the restaurant for breakfast and a fancy Japanese restaurant. Breakfast was not great. No bar or other western food restaurant available

Facilities: good, Hygiene: very clean good environment first rate service On the second night of my stay, there was a slight noise in the room I booked in the morning. I was a light sleeper and told the front desk. As a result, the front desk took the trouble to help me change rooms and opened several rooms for me to choose from. Although in the end, I didn't select it, but because of the service quality at the front desk, I will stay in Fuxin next time I come to Qingdao. When I checked out, they helped me deliver my luggage to the car that was parked far away and notified the doorman in time to let me go for free. Now I can have such good service. There are not many hotels left, I am very satisfied

The hotel has nice location with beach view , rich breakfast, big size room . But facilities are not so new already , and lift runs forever.

Great location, room is clean, friendly staff. Good breakfast. It would be even better if the carpet be replaced in the future

We stayed at this hotel first time for 5 nights, it was an excellent experience. the location was so convenient, close to all tourism spots and major public transports. Cao wenju, Wang hongxia and Zhang lingmei from housekeeping were extemely friendly and helpful. No. 4 Xiang jie from breakfast service was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. Wangxia and Xiaolin from reception were also very friendly and helpful. in general we loved staying here and will definately comeback and also recommend you to others.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and we will be back again. Excellent location, right on the canal and a few minutes walk to Kuanhouli snack street. Close to all the main tourist attractions in the city centre. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Service is excellent - quick check-in, friendly and efficient front desk staff. Even the cleaners were friendly and offered us a bottle of water as we left! Breakfast has a good selection. Recommend this hotel for business or leisure in Jinan!

The family room is very cost-effective. The decoration and layout are very suitable for me. The room is very large. I went with my son. His tatami room is independent and together with us. The location is quiet in the bustling area. There are many food stores next to it. Wanda Plaza is just a few steps away. The only bad thing is that there is a rag smell in the room. It has not been removed and it can't be smelled even after staying for a few hours. In addition, my husband's autumn clothes were forgotten in the room when we checked out. We didn't want it anyway. At least the hotel should have called to inquire, but they didn't.

Hotel surroundings: The hotel is on the coastline. I thought the backyard of the hotel was the beach. When I arrived, I found that I had to cross the parking lot at the entrance of the hotel, go down a few steps, cross a road with constant traffic, and then go down the steps to the beach. It is very interesting and pleasant to walk on the beach, dig sand, and find strange little stones. Hotel hygiene: Everyone has different requirements for hygiene, so it is difficult to evaluate. The guest room looks clean from a distance, but it can't stand a closer look. The restaurant is not very clean, and the floor is very sticky. Hotel breakfast: Go early, preferably around six o'clock. When there are many people, it is difficult to find a seat, which is very uncomfortable. The screams of children, the coughing of the elderly, and the drinks and food on the ground are nauseating. Hotel facilities: Children's games, watching movies, making handicrafts, table tennis, there are quite a lot of projects, some of which are charged, but they are also very good, at least you don't have to run outside. Hotel service: Very enthusiastic, when you arrive at the hotel, the customer service will help you carry the box and lead you to the guest room. There are small gifts every day, and the service is also on call. The drinks and water in the room refrigerator are free and replenished every day, which is very good. The sanitation staff are also very polite and enthusiastic. They will ask you if you want to change the sheets, which is very good! They specially prepare stationery for children for you, which is really thoughtful! The hotel is generally good, and the transportation location is also very convenient, but there is no balcony. It is okay to stay for one night, but it is inconvenient to dry clothes if you stay for several nights. It is estimated that there are many people in the peak season, and the hygiene is neglected. It should be better in the off-season when there are fewer people and quieter!

A good place for leisure especially in the summer time. A huge beaches called Golden and Silver beach are just in front of the hotel Le Meridian @ Huangdao, most of the rooms are with seaviews and balcony, so relaxing!!~ Special thanks given to the MOD (manager on duty) Cindy during our stay. She was kind and helpful, we were appreciated to the complimentary starbuck coffee in the lobby offered to us. Dinner and breakfast buffet were nice at the very competitive price, all staff in the F&B were friendly.

Good place to stay , clean and large rooms , the only prob with this place is that theirs room service is really bad , you could be waiting for someone to pick the line for about 1/2 , would not suggest to order from room service if you have kids and want eat something when you are hungry

After taking a vacation from Shanghai, I returned to the north, and my family and I made our first stop from north to south at Daming Lake in Jinan. I believe that everything in the world is the best arrangement, just like an encounter with Shangquan Lishequan Hotel! The wonderful time spent with loved ones is made possible by all the hotel staff’s dedicated efforts. Thank you very much! The hotel is located on the bank of Daming Lake. Just like the name of the hotel, it is full of poetic and picturesque cultural heritage. You can't help but feel the enthusiasm and responsibility of the hotel staff towards guests! The long 9-hour self-driving trip made my 80-year-old mother very tired. The hotel reception prepared two adjacent rooms with Tatami view in advance. Just like the hospitable and conscientious service of the staff, as soon as I entered the room, I felt like a small bridge with flowing water. , the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows accompanied by tree shades bring people to a poetic scene , the large rice-tiled windows, the floor-to-ceiling tea table and tea utensils sitting under the window, if you don’t take a sip of the water from the Black Tiger Spring carefully prepared by the hotel, it feels like a waste of the picturesque room. For such careful arrangements, the most important thing is that the room is clean and comfortable, with soft beds, dry and wet toilets and shower rooms, which match the warmth of the room lighting, and are equipped with disposable toiletries, Zhangxian Hotel's Culture and heritage. I felt what it was like to live in Daming Lake. It was really great. When I opened the window, I could see the scenery of Daming Lake. I took a leisurely walk in the scenic area at night. The room was just a few steps away. I liked it very much. The experience was also great. I highly recommend coming here.

Our family of three is very suitable, the children like it very much, there are fruits, because we arrived at the store in the early morning, and they specially arranged for someone to take it to the underground parking lot for us, and there was a love note after cleaning. The location of the hotel is very good, it takes only more than ten minutes to get to Kuanhouli, Quancheng Square and other attractions, no need to drive, it is very convenient to eat, drink and have fun around.

We stayed in the Brigh Radiance for 6 nights. It was a very nice experience. The front desk lady LanLan was helpful and super friendly. Other staff members in the lobby and the 2nd floor restaurant are nice too. The hotel has a wonderful location with the beautiful ocean view. The food and the restaurant in the hotel are nice too. The hotel provides water, juice, snacks and has everything we needed including the sewing kit. Great location, nice staff and good food!

This hotel is amazing, and I mean it! The location is perfect for everything: there are major sites, the sea, the beach. It was the best sea view you could hope for! Both the buffet and a la carte are delicious and affordable (and with the view as well). Special thanks goes to the staff and the cervice. Everyone was super helpful, attentive, polite and professional. Serena at the front desk answered every possible question and assisted with everything! The room has all the facilities you could wish for and lots of complimentary water and fruits. I will definitely come again and recommend it to friends.

On May Day, I took the elderly and children to Penglai for fun. I booked Manting Hotel on Ctrip. The service was enthusiastic. On the night of check-in, the elderly's arm was dislocated and swollen. The front desk on duty that day helped to contact the bone-setting shop. Because it was very late, many shops were closed. They helped to find many shops and finally found one. The elderly recovered. Thank you very much! The cradle on the first floor is very popular with children. It is close to the beach, Penglai Pavilion, Ocean Park, and Baxian Mountain. It is convenient for sightseeing and the breakfast is also rich. This stay experience is very good.

Service was fantastic! The staff were very accommodating and allowed us to change rooms because we wanted wooden flooring instead of tiles. They also helped us with our heavy luggage up to the second floor and gave us a small gift when we left. The room was very comfortable especially the bed and pillows but the towels and the toilet were quite old making it feel like they were dirty. We also found tissue underneath our bed but otherwise the room was fine. The location is amazing! It’s right across from the scenic area. So convenient! Thanks for a great stay!

The breakfast is average, the main point is convenience, the environment and location are excellent, the balcony is great, you can watch the sunrise, drink tea, bask in the sun and watch the sea view, the facilities are a little old, and I always feel that there is a faint smell of sewer in the room, which is not good. When I left, I didn't say anything. When I left the parking lot, the toll collector said that I needed a hotel ticket. If you say one more word, will you be exhausted? 3. About hygiene. I forgot to bring a kettle when I went out this time, I just wanted to see if I could boil some water to drink, but it turned out to be disgusting beyond description. 4. Let’s talk about other things. The restaurant on the first floor is said to be contracted out. The big oysters grilled at night are really delicious, too fresh, 15 a, it’s worth it!

The room was clean and tidy. The large sea view room was spacious and bright. Sitting on the terrace, you could see the sea and beach. The environment was very beautiful. The room lady provided warm service. When the refrigerator in the room was not working, she immediately found a technician to fix it. The breakfast was rich in Chinese and Western food and tasted delicious. The restaurant manager Li Xiuzhen was very kind. My grandson said he liked this aunt very much. Miss Yan had a bright smile and left us with a good impression. The hotel is also equipped with high-end robots, which reflects the hotel's modern management level.

The hotel is located at the Golden Sand Beach, where you can see the sea while lying on the bed. The room is clean and sanitary, with complete facilities. The bathtub is deep and long, so you can see the sea while taking a bath. The facilities for children to play are also very interesting. The most satisfying thing is that the service is particularly warm and thoughtful, and drinking water is replenished at any time. The Baina Guanlan restaurant next to the hotel has first-class food quality!

Lovely clean apartment with 2 bedrooms. Breakfast was delivered to the room each morning and they took special notice of my food allergies which was fantastic. The area is very nice with local food street 10 minute walk away and YangMa island close by. The apartment had underfloor heating and the whole heating system was great.The only downside was that although they had a beautiful bath, the hot water was not powerful enough to fill it and I had to refill the kettle 10x to add to the water, then the bath plug did not hold the water. I did mention this to them when we left and they said they would sort it out So, hopefully, the next customers will bathe happily. The other thing was that there were no Kitchen utensils or cooking equipment even though they stated that it had a kitchen- which it did. Luckily, we know these apartments as have been before and we brought our own cooking equipment and utensils. However, that would not have been possible if we lived far away. I would let them know what you need in the kitchen before arrival and I am sure they would prepare it better,.
