Einmal mehr haben wir als Senioren-Ehepaar 2 Wochen im Ländli verbracht. Es ist ein einzigartiger Erholungsort mit herrlichem Blick über den Aegerisee und die weitere Umgebung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Sauberkeit ist sprichwörtlich. Auch die Mahlzeiten sind sehr abwechslungsreich und bestens zubereitet und auch da bleiben keine Wünsche offen, ausser dass wir uns am Morgen mehrmals Rührei zur Auswahl gewünscht hätten :-). Jedenfalls freuen wir uns heute schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt im Sommer und hoffen, das Wetter ist so schön wie in den Letzten 2 Wochen. Vielen Dank für alles und liebe Grüsse aus den vorfasnächtlichen Basel

Courteous reception, uncomplicated check-in, even in the middle of the night. Breakfast was very good and everything was there, very good bed, nice bathroom and great with a coffee maker and free mineral water.

Check in and breakfast is located in the sister hotel, 5-10min. We chose the free park because it was cheaper. For the price we paid, we were enthusiastic! The bathrooms are relatively new, everything is very clean and you benefit from many places from 4-Stern Service: For example, it has various care products, snap set, shaped set, water bottles on the room etc. Breakfast was also very delicious and the staff was very friendly & premature. It was no problem for us to go a few minutes walk to the sister hotel to breakfast and check in, it was the price difference. All in all absolutely recommend!

Alors que nous sommes arrivés sans réservation, nous avons été parfaitement bien accueillis à la réception. Nous avons reçu 2 belles chambres (parents + adolescent). L'hôtel est idéalement situé en centre ville mais malgré tout calme, le soir aucun bruit. On est à 2 pas du lac dans une vieille bâtisse rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Le patron M. Hegglin parle un très bon français (aussi le personnel) et l'atmosphère est familiale, sympathique et chaleureuse. Nous avons mangé au restaurant dans une belle salle avec un menu niveau ”gastro” où la présentation superbe des assiettes était au niveau de l'excellence des mets servis (filet de veau au morilles). Le plateau de fromage vaut le détour, des fromages choisis par le patron chez les producteurs, en Suisse et à l'étranger. Il y a une cave à vins impressionnante avec des prix somme tout très corrects. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est hyper complet et tout le personnel très attentionné. Vraiment une adresse à recommander sans réserve et où on retournera volontiers.

Had a good stay at the Parkhotel. Room was great, although the slide door was broken. Breakfast was good enough to start your work day with and for me it was just a 5 minute walk to the Office. The hotel is close to the only shopping street in Zug and the train station is just a 2 minute walk.

Stayed for a couple of nights on a business trip. Room was great, spacious and modern. Only downside is the reception is only manned until about 10.45-11.00 at night, so if you are arriving late you need to check in at the sister hotel around the corner. Bar was pricey but I think that’s just Switzerland! Breakfast was good, enough options, but kind of spread out over the dining area. The hotel offers large umbrellas to borrow at reception which was a bonus. It is well located, easy access to the train station and city.
