You have an expectation and sometimes get surprised firstly tremendous staff nothing too much trouble. Got a large room with huge jacuzzi. Clean and unlike some major chains room serviced every day following all COVID rules. oK decor a bit bright but true value for money. Would we stay again yes.

I have stayed at this Courtyard Marriott many times, as it is located not far from my parents’ senior apartment. I am also a frequent business traveler, and I have noted that the cleanliness and quality of the service are consistently excellent; the hotel ranks well relative to properties I visit around the country. In the last few weeks, however, Henry from the Katy team has gone above and beyond to help me as I have made reservations for visiting family members coming to visit my mother, who is on hospice. His kindness means so much to our family at this difficult time.

The price is affordable and the decoration is good. I came to Houston twice and stayed here. The room is very comfortable. The lobby has a pool table, a bar, and many cubicles for meeting guests. Gym and pool are great. It may be because it can't eat breakfast, which leads to its low score. The hotel is good overall, there is a large shopping mall opposite.

The hotel was very clean and neat starting with the outside and continuing inside and into my room. The staff, all of the staff were friendly and helpful and the front desk receptionist was amazing. The complimentary food at the breakfast was the best I have had at a smaller hotel. Only small downside, the water in the indoor pool was to cold to swim in.

Close to Ole, the room is newly renovated, relatively new, looks clean and tidy, with indoor swimming pool, this price has such rooms and facilities, good value for money, the boss seems to be Indian, Indians still have a set of mid- and low-end hotels, overall satisfaction.

It’s private own business but service was exceptional own was very helpful we have no light and my wife have medical issues I request Mr vakas I believe that was the name of owner He immediately try to help he didn’t disappoint me and find room for me after two of my family members has same problem he arrange two more rooms I highly recommend people to go there and see for your self that how good these people are I give him 100 star rating Sincerely Syed Refaie

Staying at this hotel for the second time is very comfortable. The back door is a large shopping center. The hotel is fully equipped. It is determined that the breakfast variety is less. The laundry room has eaten the money I bought the Tide washing powder twice. The machine can't spit out the Tide.

Breakfast is simple, you can eat, scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, milk, yogurt, coffee bread. There is a free dinner from Monday to Wednesday. Simple, you can also eat. There is a denny's burger at the entrance of the hotel. Very good, parking is free, 2 1.35 beds, plus a sofa bed, the hotel is small, three floors, clean, laundry room The hotel is in a good location and the main road is the way out.

I travel weekly for my job and have stayed in countless hotels. This was by far one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve had in the past year of staying in so many different hotels!!! I highly recommend the Katy Best Western as your next stay if you are going to be in the area! Lots of attractions close by. Great restaurant and shopping with in walking distance of the hotel! The staff and stay were stellar!

After a business trip, the hotel is in a good location, not far from the highway junction. There is a Chinese buffet at the back of the hotel. You can go there if you are not used to western food. The room is ok, quiet, and the facilities are good, the overall is not bad.
