Review of Juneyao Air

✨ This time, we planned a trip to Japan with Juneyao Air, flying from Bangkok and connecting in Shanghai. ✨ Juneyao Air is a Chinese airline that offers full service. You can check in two bags, each weighing up to 23 kilograms, and meals are provided on the flight. ✨ We've heard quite a bit about the noise during flights with this airline, but we were lucky that our flight was very quiet. ✨ The aircraft was a small Airbus A321 with a 3-3 seating arrangement. Each seat had one pillow, but there was no entertainment screen. The seats were quite hard and not very comfortable for sleeping, which made our backs a bit sore. However, the seats and legroom were quite spacious. I'm 164 cm tall and could stretch my legs comfortably. ✨ We departed from Suvarnabhumi Airport around 10 PM. The in-flight meal was a light snack, including bread and yogurt. I didn't eat the bread, but the yogurt was delicious and I really liked it.

Bangkok Airport 2023

My first Bangkok trip in 2023 after the pandemic. It was a great trip with my family. We flew the 11am flight from Singapore, and landed at the Bangkok survanmbumi international airport at about 1pm local time. Surprisingly the immigration counter was not very crowded. We managed to clear the immigration within 20 minutes. Compared to the previous times in Bangkok, we saw new restaurants coming up at the dining restaurant area in the airport. More choices of food are available. The facilities were good. Be sure to check out your boarding gate number, be sure to be there early as the walk can be very long. Similar to other duty free shopping in the airport, the Bangkok airport has a wide selection of items for you to shop and spend time in your shopping before departing from the airport. #bangkoktrip #tripblazers

BKK - what an airport ✈️

I have always enjoyed my layover or departure from BKK - the main airport in Bangkok! It is one of the most sleek and sophisticated airport in the city with lots of different duty free shops and lounges. The whole check-in process is quite quick (depending on the airline) and immigration and security is quick too. Suvarnabhumi Bangkok International Airport

It has been a while since visited Suvarnabhumi Bangkok International airport. The multi-tiered roof throne of enshrining the relics of Buddha at the entrance of the centre of the airport is impressive. There are also 4 large statues of Lord Guardian standing guard at the far end near security check across the airport is interesting to make this airport special. After passport control, there is a huge display of gods subduing a multi heads dragon. This airport continue to impress like before COVID period. However, there are still some sections of the airport where you will feel very warm due to their design where heat got in and get trapped within.

#AirlineReview Today I would like to review Thai Airways' Airbus 33r. It is a newly renovated aircraft used for short and medium-duty trips such as going to Haneda Airport or Kunming or other occasions. This aircraft is quite comfortable for passengers. The capacity for business class passengers is 31 people. Economy Class can hold 263 people. Every seat has a personal screen. You can use WiFi, but it depends on the airspace of each country whether to allow using WiFi. Economy seats are type 242. If during this time passengers travel to Japan, Kunming, they may be able to sit on this type of aircraft.

Price per Person - 50฿‎ Rating - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Boat noodles and Thailand go hand in hand, and when we think of boat noodles, Victory Monument is the place to go. As per its namesake, boat noodles were originally sold in small bowls on boats, along the Samsen canal beside Victory Monument some 50 years ago. This hidden gem is located around 10mins of walking distance from BTS Victoria Monument. We took indriver ride and used Waze app to guide our way through. This restaurant looks very localised. In fact, we were the only table of foreigners! And you know what they say, if the locals dine there, it must be good! Only one staff (a young lady) is able to communicate effectively in English, the rest of the staffs do not know how to speak but understands a bit of English, hence a lot of hand signing done. However, it was pretty easy to order, as there was a menu with pricing to see. Menu was pretty straightforward. Only beef and pork available. Boat noodles come in 2 sizes, 15฿‎ for a small bowl and 40฿‎ for a big bowl. 2 types of soup base available in normal broth (non-spicy) and Tom Yum (spicy). There are 5 types of noodles, you can just point to the server while ordering. Condiments are foc and available on every table. There are also bags of pork cracklings and crispy dumplings on the table, which is a nice addition to the noodles. They are chargeable; pork crackling for 10฿‎. At the end, you can ask for dessert which is coconut milk cake in a saucer cup, only for 5฿‎. Super tasty and refreshing! Do remember that they close on 15th & 16th of every month. Coral Priority Banking Lounge in Bangkok airport

Well setting with English wares! This is an amazing lounge so far have visited. It was not a peak season of travel and the place was not busy. It’s quiet and beautifully arranged though not many choices of food like the old days. There was crab meat curry with Thai noodle at one corner and the other were western style snacks like one bite pastries, sandwiches and salad. this international airport of Bangkok is massive, and spacious! it has lots of local and international stores that offers Thai products as well as international cuisines. we were flying from Bangkok to chiang mai, even the domestic departure has lots of restaurants coffee shops after the security check! Burger King, Starbucks, Thai restaurants that serve rice and noodles, coffee clubs and etc! the price of the food is reasonable. the most important thing is that they have water filling station where I refilled my water bottle for the journey. #bkkinsider Cathay pacific business and first class lounge is located at Suvarnabhumi airport Bangkok. This lounge can be accessed by all business class passengers of Cathay Pacific as well as one world top tier members. Owners of certain credit cards are also allowed to get access to this lovely lounge. The highlights of this lounge is their signature pad thai menu. The simple yet delicious pad thai is made upon ordering. Infact all the cooking is done on the live kitchen. Fresh and aromatic pad thai can be smelled once you enter the lounge. It was a great place overall to spend a couple of hours here while waiting for boarding.

Suvarnabhumi Airport ( BKK ) located at Nong Prue opened in September 2006 is one of the two international airports serving Bangkok, the other one is Don Mueang ( DMK ) which remains open as a low cost carriage hub. Best reach by Airport Rail Link only needs 25 minutes to Makkasan Station. Today the passengers are considered less than before covid pandemic so the security check and passport control are fast. You can see the beautiful Samudra manthan sculpture after the passport control. I visited the Royal Orchid Prestige Lounge near D4 departure gate, nice seating with free wifi. Food choices are good and nice.

In Thailand, getting VAT refund is easy. Firstly, you have to purchase items which can be VAT refund. The store has to process the VAT refund for you. You will keep the receipts until the day you depart Thailand. When you arrive at the airport, you will have to verify your VAT refund receipts at the VAT Refund counter BEFORE you check in/enter the immigration. You will go to departure hall row U. If you did not receive a stamp from the officers on your receipts, then you will say byebye to your VAT refund. Even though the officers will not ask to see your purchases, it is better you do not check in your luggage at this point. The officers might ask to view your purchases, especially for high value items, before they give you the approval stamp. Then you will proceed to check in for your flights and luggage. Then enter the immigration and after immigration, you will be inside the transit area. Then you will locate the VAT refund office again. This is whereby you will get back money for your VAT refund. It is just right besides door 8, next to the counter selling express bus tickets to Pattaya/Hua Hin. The prices at this foodcourt is really a bargain, it is more for airport staff, rather than for travellers. You will have to buy coupons from the ticket office and use this cash coupons to pay for food. You will be able to refund any excess within the same day. I booked my recent Singapore Airlines ticket to Bangkok on Trip.com and now you can use promotion codes stacked with trip coins for your redemption. It is super easy to use and I just input the airport codes and dates and it will generate all the available results. I did compare it with buying the air tickets from the airline and it turns out that Trip.com is cheaper. Their app is amazing and it will always send notifications to you and remind you to check in online, let you know which row to check in, which gate to enter and many other reminders. After confirming my tickets on Trip.com I can also use the ticket number and check on the airlines website. It is legit and I am all set to take off. I am typing this while waiting for my flight in suvarnabhumi airport. I love the spacious seats with individual entertainment systems on SQ. I also get to try their laksa in a box during my flight. Take some pictures before flight back to Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Suvarnabhumi airport is about 30km from City. we can connect to the town by Royal Railway that across many stations just spend only 45 baht per person to Phaya Thai station and then can link to BTS to any where around the city. We also can call the taxi to get in town by spending around 500 baht to 800 baht. In Suvarnabhumi after check in and get the tickets, we can shopping many stores such as Coach, King Power and so on. I am feel comfortable to arrive this airport as it is safety and easy to find to Gates. please notice that we should arrive airport 2 hours before flight to avoid missed the flight. thanks
