Best breakfast in Hoi an

It's a spot mostly for tourists. I didn't see anything else but they have phenomenal breakfasts. I ate here two days in a row. I think it's a very chilled out place, beautiful setting and nice staff. It has beeb difficult to get fairly prices in Hoi an with everything having a different price for tourists. However when you go to a tourist cafe the proces are transparent and same for everyone. It's more expensive than eating local food however sometimes or especially for breakfast I prefer familiar stuff. I did their pancakes, avocado toasts, cappuccino and espresso.
