The atmosphere and decoration bring me back to London, especially the red colour payphone, and also the bear. The service staff was so kind to be greeting everytime we pass by and giving a warmth smile! Do come by and even try out the hotel!

My stay for 2D1N at the Gym Executive Suite was the best I've ever had at Genting. Luxurious stay |Worth the hype!

After going through the rave reviews online about this new hotel in Genting Highlands, decided to have a staycation during one of the weekdays. Booked online just 1 hour before arrival. Hence check in took some time for processing. There are no child amenities provided initially, may be because of the late booking. However, upon requesting to the butler team, we received complimentary kids tent, chocolate drinks, gift packs and kids toiletries. Hence, I strongly suggest future guests to book earlier to enjoy the added benefit of personalized service. Room was spacious enough for Genting Highlands standard, with welcome fruits and macarons. There are also complimentary toiletries for man and woman! Did not have bathtub but the seated area with sauna definitely made up for that. Bedding was very comfortable, with superb view. Curtain can be controlled via the remote control bedside. Breakfast was semi-buffet. Main course can only be ordered once. Nevertheless portion is big enough. Nasi Lemak lobster is a must-try! Service was excellent. Overall, great hotel in Genting highlands, set a very high standard for the stay here. The best service hotel ever - Crockfords Genting! The room view was so beautiful! While we waiting for the room, they ady served us the welcome drinks and giving a small bear to my baby. Our room was full birthday surprise and decorations. The room was so comfortable and beautiful. The bathroom with sauna function. So Cool. I took the package including dinner and breakfast! First time staying at the most exclusive crockford hotel in Genting. The service of the hotel staff is very good and friendly , there is a serve welcome drink at check-in. You can also upgrade your Genting reward card to a gold card for free, and you can enjoy free cocktails and music at the crockford club lounge in the evening. When you wake up in the morning, you can see the invincible mountain scenery, and the hotel's housekeeper also prepared a welcome fruit plate, and you will also receive a small dessert in the evening. The breakfast is also delicious, I like the abalone chicken porridge the most. The experience of staying this time is very good, will stay again next time.#gentinghighland #crockfordshotel

Crockford's hotel is the most high-end hotel in the Genting Resort World hotels group. It is located at the end of the Genting complex, after The First World Hotel, Sky Avenue mall, and Sky Avenue themepark. My experience staying at Superior King Room, Crockfords Genting Resort World: -Friendly team at the check-in counter. -Interesting decor in the lobby; it's run as the place to have your morning breakfast. -All the rooms have a beautiful view of Genting highlands, I love it so much! -There severalnprivate room, and back end rooms are located at the same floor, so it's a long walk to reach the room :). -The room design is fantastic; there are chandeliers inside the bathroom and in the living room. When I entered the room, I saw the sofa and working table first, and I couldn't see where is the bed :). It's actually behind the working desk. Maybe I was distracted by the beautiful toilet :). -The bed is so comfortable. -The room amenities is excellent, soft drinks, beers, and a coffee machine. -Cute tiger toy is on the bed. I forget to ask if that toy is for a complimentary :). -Lobster Nasi Lemak is the most popular for breakfast. #genting #gentinghighland #crockfordshotel

Unforgettable moments with Crockfords Hotel, at Resorts World Genting. The staffs are simply amazing! Butler service is super outstanding, their level of services leave us no bad comments about them. The Suite (the one I stayed) is luxury , spacious and exceptional comfort above the clouds! Full of surprises during the stay, evening turn down services offered us the complimentary bottle of champagne (Moet) and homemade desserts! so thoughtful, so luxury! My Weekend at Crockfords Genting

This hotel open in 2014. It has a lavish rooms and suites with unrivalled comfort. Address - Crockfords Hotel, Resort World Genting. You may find this hotel tucked away in a quiet corner, away from the hustle bustle of the main shopping area. Ambience/Facilities - The lobby has a cool, black and gold colour scheme, with a marble floors polished to a perfect shine. I feel the elegent vibes once enter the building. I was not bothered about the facilites as I’m having a good day at Genting Theme Park. I assume the facilities was great as well. Highlights - The sauna in my room. I felt in love with the hotel. Reception was great. Staff at check in told us to sit down and did our check in with us sitting comfortably. Room was very spacious. View is excellent! Unsure why we were so 'lucky' to get this room as most of their rooms have the beds facing the window. Please request for that at check in if you do not require cot. As there is a strip of lights near the door that cannot be off. I had difficulty sleeping and had to request for eye mask. Service was good and some staff shine but not all. There is daily turndown service and snacks. Toy bear is complimentary too! My one other issue is the room is quite stuffy. Aircon can only be adjusted to 18deg but it feels more like 25deg. Got used to it after the first night though. Would return if i go up to the clouds again! #malaysia #mustgo
