Weekend Getaway Lake Tahoe❤️
#weekendgetaways
I went to Lake Tahoe on the weekend. Experience is that if you want to sign up for the popular transparent boat, you must book a morning tour as much as possible.
We booked a little late this time because of the temporary plan, and only booked the tour until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. I went to check-in half an hour in advance as required, said it was tourdelay, left a mobile phone number and said to call me around 1:20. Later, he called us to wear a life jacket and wait for the bus. After waiting for a long time, the bus finally came, but we were told that the tour would be canceled, because the wind was blowing, and the transparent boat was relatively shallow, easy to get into the water and unsafe. I wanted to change it to Sunday, but it was fully booked. Finally, the refund was given a 20% OFF discount for the next boat booking.
At that time, my heart suddenly got excited, and I really wanted to row. I planned not to follow the tour on Sunday, and we would rent a boat to row by ourselves. The charter company's advice is that there are a lot of cars in Sand Harbor on weekends, and it is difficult to park. Let's go early and queue up before 6:30. The chartering place opens at 8:00. I really got up early on Sunday and arrived at Sand Harbor at 6:05. I had already started to queue up 0.2 miles away from the door. Everyone was so hard-working. Soon I couldn't see the tail of the car queuing all the way in the rearview mirror. THE PARK OPENS AT 7 A.M., AND THE LICENSE PLATE PARKING FEE OUTSIDE NENVERA IS $15 (CASH ONLY). ENTER THE PARK AT ABOUT 7:15 A.M. It felt a little cold in the morning. When I went to the lake and stepped on the sand, it was cool. Suddenly, I didn't want to row.
It felt too cold. Because I have to drive back to LA, I don't want to stay until the sun rises at noon, so I won't have a transparent boat this time. Keep a souvenir and come again next time!
In a word, it can be summed up: the scenery is really beautiful, and the water is really cool.
