After drinking the soup, add marinated beef brisket, beef tendon, tripe, beef, beef balls... you can taste the freshness and tenderness of the beef without dipping sauce. The beef balls are especially outstanding, when you first bite into them, you can clearly feel their firm and elastic texture, like a lively little marble bouncing happily between your teeth, "Q-bouncy" to the point of being ridiculous, chewy but not difficult to bite. The beef is red and shiny, with clear texture, obviously a top choice. The beef tendon, tripe, beef balls, and other ingredients are also fresh, looking reassuring and tasting satisfying. For those who like strong flavors, you can try the dipping sauce in the store, the secret chili sauce with sesame sauce enriches the taste of the beef, but personally, I think the original flavor better restores the true taste of the ingredients. The soup base is already fragrant, and after cooking the meat, the soup becomes even more flavorful.
