🥃 ISAUTIER Rum Brand Exhibition Center: Founded in 1845, ISAUTIER is one of the oldest family sugar factories on Reunion Island and home to the island's only rum museum, La Saga du Rhum. The museum showcases the culture and production process of rum from different perspectives, including history, culture, technology, and sensory experience. 🌿 Beautiful Sugarcane Flowers: Sugarcane is the main economic crop on Reunion Island, and rum is a distilled spirit made from sugarcane. During the tour, we got a glimpse of the entire process of sugarcane from planting to harvesting. 📜 Early Products: The museum displays early rum products from ISAUTIER, giving us a deeper understanding of the history of rum. 🍷 Tasting Center: At the tasting center of the rum museum, we had the opportunity to taste three different flavors of rum: high-proof, sparkling, and creamy, each with its unique flavor. 🛍️ Sales Center: The wide variety of products and related items is dazzling. The rum here is cheaper than outside, so a shopping spree is inevitable. The rum tour on Reunion Island not only allowed us to learn about the production process and development history of rum but also let us experience the diverse flavors of rum. It was not only a feast for the taste buds but also a cultural exploration.
